Our location is unique. Villa Nike is in the mountain with amazing view on the Adriatic sea and island of Brac and canyon of river Cetina. Location is in a very natural environment, only few weekend cottages in forest surrounded isolated from any noise, only you can hear sound of nature birds, crickets and the air is so pure and you can feel the smell of lavender, rosemary and rose in the beautiful garden of Villa Nike.

The house is situated 6 km (just 10 min of driving) from the town of Omiš.
Omiš is a small coastal town with beautiful beaches, sand beach from a kilometre long in the town`s centre, pebble beach with the naturale shade.The city centre is full of life and excellent restaurants, bars, markets.There are many cultural and historical sights to see.

Those who looking for a more active holiday in the area of a just a few kilometres you will find rafting, free climbing, zipline, canoeing,bicycling boat tours on the river Cetina.

The city of Split is only 19 kilometres away from Villa Nike and is a very popular destination to the thousands of tourists from all over the world because of its numerous historical sights and attractions.
Only 35 kilometres from the house there is an airport , waterfalls of River Krka s a 150 km away ,town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast national park Plitvice lakes is 250 km.

Villa Nike is completely built in june 2018 according to european standards.The house uses energy from renewable sources. The water is heated with solar energy and the garden is supplied with rainwater from the tank.

On the ground floor there is an open space with kitchen with the bar and the dining table and a living room with a comfortable seating area, smart TV with satellite program and free wireless internet. The house is completely air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
On the ground floor is small separate toilet .

A staircase takes you to first floor with two bedrooms, both bedroom have en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with two single bed and another bedroom have one double bed with television available. The both rooms have exit to the covered balcony where you can sit and enjoy in a see view.

Through the living room comes out to a terrace with a pool 7.20m x 3 m and 1.5 meters deep just for you and a covered seating area and there is a sunbathing area with comfortable sun loungers.

In the back of the house there is an outdoor grill with a sitting area in the natural shade in the surroundings of many kinds fruit trees and flowers and is also available to you to use the garden with ecologically grown vegetables.

There are 2 parking places at private property in front of villa.

Minimum stay in the period of 1st. June till 30th september is one week (7 days) so there is a possibility to rent only one,two or more weeks.

Departure is on saturday till 10 AM and arrival on saturday from 4 PM

Villa Nike is a cozy house with swimming pool,amazing view and green surroundings to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing.
During your stay we are at your disposal for questions. Also the house is secured as well as the guests so that you feel safer. We will be glad to be our guests at the Villa Nike, looking forward to meeting you.

Amazing place in the hills

The views from the property are amazing and it is very private and quiet. Omis town is about 10 mins drive down a scenic road. The owners were really attentive and helpful. The property was very clean and was equipped with everything you could ever need in a holiday rental. This is the ideal place to go for a quiet private holiday.

A perfect spot

We have had an amazing stay in Villa Nike. The house is very well equipped with nice pool area, terrasse and another green fruity area behind the house, where you can play table tennis or just relax in the shadow.The view is nice and it only takes 10 min by car to visit the town Omis.The house was very clean and the description spot on. It was very easy to communicate with Zjelko and Kristjina. Very pleasant welcome.We highly recommend this Villa!

Beautiful Villa, wonderful hosts.

The Villa was beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped, and provided everything we needed for a week in the area. The kids loved the pool area which was private, and easily accessed from the patio doors off the living area. The hosts were superb and make you feel so welcome, and left lots of lovely welcome essentials and more for us all, from fresh bread and milk, to wine, beer, vegetables from the garden, and even ice cream for the children. We couldn’t have asked for any more.

We had a great relaxing week. The Villa was well equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need. The coffee machine was amazing and the ice cream, fruit, wine and beer was a really nice touch. You will need a car. We would definitely recommend (family of four - 14 and 17 year old daughters)

Croatian Adventure

It was beyond expectations and pictures. We stayed for a week with three granddaughters. Kristina and Zeljko were outstanding host providing us with little surprises and advice throughout the week. Beautiful villa in quiet location

This is a beautiful, modern villa with everything you could possible need! The area is quiet with a handful of other villas in the vicinity. It's about a 15 minute drive into Omis with lots of bars, restaurants and tourist shops. The beaches along the coast are beautiful!The villa itself has an excellent pool kept at a lovely temperature with comfy sun chairs and a dining table and chairs too,Inside is all air conditioned, everything is modern and beautifully decorated. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and huge TV (with Netflix, Prome, etc).Bedrooms gave ensuite, balcony overlooking the pool and tvs too.Hosts are friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

High quality villa, with everything you could possibly need. Clean, modern and clever. Nice bathrooms, nice kitchen and a great garden as well. We are a family of four, and had two great weeks in this lovely house. BBQ is great. The pool is 1,5m deep all along. You feel very private. You need a car.

Wonderful Holidays in Villa Nike

First off all: Kristina and Zeljko are perfect hosts. They want that the guests feel fine and comfortable. When we arrived the fridge was filled with beer, wine, soft drinks, bacon and cheese. I can only repeat the positive reviews from the other guests. Villa Nike is located in a dead end street with an amazing view. At the same time is a perfect starting point for excursions to Omis and Split. We can defintely recommend Villa Nike!!!

Amazing property in a beautiful location

Villa Nike is beautiful and the property is meticulous. The villa is an extremely high specification and provides everything you could ever need. The views are beautiful, pool lovely and has an amazing barbecue/seating area and fully fitted outdoor kitchen. The owners left a lovely selection of breads, meat and cheese and a well equipped kitchen including tea, coffee, spices etc and all required cleaning products. There are so many activities in the local area that you can book - we loved the white water rafting and also river tubing. We’ve stayed in self catering properties for over 25 years and this is the best one we have ever found.

Very nice house with a great view

This is a very well maintained and modern house. The view to the ocean and mountains is really great. There was lot of equipment at the house, and we did not miss anything, everything was working fine. The owners were very nice and helpful. It was a very unbusy/calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed spending our vacation at this house. The only small downside for us was that there was no easy way to walk to a store or restaurant, you will need car for everything. We give this place five stars and looking forward to go back some day...

Beautiful Villa near Omis

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and we had an amazing week. The villa is so well appointed with everything you could need. The highlights of our stay were *the pool (obviously) which was super clean and looked out over the hillside toward the sea - just lovely *the back garden with fresh figs, plums , tomatoes *A/c was there in the villa when you needed it but the villa had shutters which were also effective in keeping the bedrooms cool. *Omis was a short drive down the hillside and was a charming place with an old town , beach and shops with all the basics. *Split and access to the Islands was a 30min drive I can really recommend villa Nike to anyone wishing to explore this part of Croatia, the hosts are fabulous, explaining everything you need from the villa and about the local area. Thank you for helping make our holiday very special

Everything perfect!

Certainly one of the best houses we ever rented! What elese can we say but everything was perfect. Villa Nike was exactly what we were looking for for spending two weeks in Dalmatia. The house is equipped with everything one needs for a stressless vacation: it is super clean, has a top Kitchen, very comfortable beds, more than enough towels, linen and a lot more. The location is very quiet with a nice view. Very warm welcome from the owners who even stocked the fridge, offered fruits, vegetables, wine and sweets. We enjoyed all the areas around the house, especially the outdoor kitchen, grill and the vegetable garden where we picked all kind of fresh fruits and vegetables. Zeljko and Kristina, you did a wonderful job with your villa, your hospitality and service! Thank you so, so much again for sharing your lovely house. If you decide to go to villa Nike, Congratulation's - you make the best choice !!

We had the best family vacation ever staying at villa Nike in Omis!! The villa, the pool, the beautiful garden, the view - everything is absolutely stunning!!!! The hosts - zelkjo and Kristina - are such lovely persons and will do everything for you to have a comfortable and nice vacation!! they thought of everything ( and when I say ,,everything“, I mean absolutely everything!) The grill was prepared for us several times, we were allowed to use the garden behind the villa and earn / eat the fresh vegetables, and they took care of the pool and the surroundings very early in the morning- you didn’t even see them :) There was absolutely nothing missing in this villa and we were also welcomed with some great vino and food. Thank you for everything :) - we will recommend the villa and you as hosts and we will defenetley come back next year :) and for everyone reading this : booking you vacation at villa Nike will be one of your best experiences - I promise!

Probably the Carlsberg of Villas, the best I've stayed in .

I have stayed in many different villas all over the world, i would say Vila Nike is probably one of the best i have stayed in . The location is superb, very peaceful and away from the crowds that can make Croatia somewhat claustrophobic. The villa itself has every amenity that you need and some that you didn’t even think you needed, the kitchen is modern and stylish with every convenience you could possibly want. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, it really is very special and the hosts were absolutely superb. My wife and i arrived quite late in the evening at the villa…around 10:30 pm and the hosts were there to meet us and show us around the villa and answer any questions we had. Kristina and Zelijko (the hosts) knew we were arriving late and they kindly left us some quality food and drinks so we could relax, its their attention to details like this that made the villa such a special place. I would have no hesitation in returning to villa Nike and couldn’t recommend it enough if you were thinking of booking the villa.

Fabulous, idyllic villa and location

We had the most fantastic week at Villa Nike. Kristina and Zeljko have put so much care into the property and the attention detail was superb. The villa had everything we could need. On arrival we had been provided with a a delicious platter of food, soft drinks and wine. The villa was also equipped with clothes washing provisions and mosquito protection. The bbq was spotlessly clean with a fantastic room next door equipped to support your bbq needs! There was a lovely kitchen garden which provided all the tomatoes we could eat for a week and plenty of fresh herbs. The pool was beautiful and so clean. Our kids were hardly out of it while we relaxed on the comfy loungers enjoying the incredible views out to the Adriatic. The location was ideal too. We had planned to do lots of the activities Omis has to offer (kayaking, rafting, climbing, zip wires etc) and though the villa felt peaceful and out-the-way it was a mere ten minute drive to Omis, the beach and the idyllic Cetina river. When it was sadly time to leave, Kristina and Zeljkio presented us and the kids with gifts of more delicious produce! Such a lovely and generous touch. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough - a true gem!

Paradise!

Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you.From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening.The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach.If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. Thank you Kristina and Željko for being such great hosts.

Just great !

We have just had a great two week holiday !Kristina and Zeljko are two absolutely exceptional hosts who welcomed us in the warmest possible way, providing us with a bunch of delicacies on our arrival and bringing us presents on the day of our departure. The villa, which is situated in a haven of peace, between the sea and the mountains, is so clean, very well equipped and decorated with great taste and care. Nothing is missing, everything has been carefully thought out. We can only recommend it. Thanks again to Kristina and Zeljko for their kindness.

Une prestation et une experience incomparable

Kristina et Zeljko sont des personnes formidables. Il nous on fait le privilege de nous accueillir le premier jour dans leur magnifique Villa. Un endroit à la fois charmant et paradisiaque et je pese mes mots car ayant l’habitude de voyager regulierement dans differents pays, jamais nul part nous n’avons eu ce type de prestations et des hôtes aussi attentionnés et bienveillants. La villa est perchée à 300m d’altitude au dessus de la ville d’Omis et à 5minutes du village de Gata. Un endroit tellement calme et reposant que nous n’avions plus envie de quitter. La Villa est parfaitement décorée, équipée et propre. Split est à seulement 25minutes et l’autoroute à 12km si vous avez envie de barouder vers le haut ou le bas de Croatie.. Kristina et Zeljko ont eu tout au long de la semaine beaucoup de petites attentions envers nous. Ils nous ont offert dès notre arrivé des produits locaux mais egalement tout le long de la semaine (gâteaux, chocolats, fruits et légumes du jardin, vin,...) Nous sommes extrêmement satisfait de notre sejour et recommandons vivement leur magnifique villa. Encore un grand merci à vous.

Perfekt eingerichtetes und wunderschön modernes Ferienhaus mit wirklich allen Annehmlichkeiten. In ruhiger Lage unweit von Omis gelegen. Toller Pool und Blick aufs Meer.Super nette Gastgeber, die uns einen sehr angenehmen Empfang bereitet haben.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
