**** About the villa:


You'll love to stay in this newly build luxury comfortable four-bedroom villa in the nature, near to the Cetina river.

It's air-conditioned, well equipped and located near peaceful village Srijane.

Close to the villa is a viewpoint overlooking the Cetina River, as well as a river beach.

You will also enjoy our large pool with sun loungers, jacuzzi, shaded summer kitchen with fireplace and outdoor dining area, table tennis and large garden with a traditional wooden boat as an attraction.

Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, smart large TV with cable channels and cozy sofa set.

Kitchen is well equipped with an oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Each bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, air condition unit, TV, ensuite bathroom and it's own balcony with table and chairs.

Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Villa also has an additional toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer.

We'll provide you free parking spots, speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board.

Baby cot and high chair can be arranged for free, please ask in advance.

All this makes this villa an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience a great vacation in Croatia.

**** House rules:

Smoking is now allowed inside, but can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

Security deposit of 500 EUR will be taken on arrival and returned on check-out if there is no damage to the villa.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.



**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the villa and all its amenities.

We'll provide you a private parking spots.
