We had a blast here! We had 3 jet skis, and we were able to store them right here at the house. There’s a full equipped kitchen and all the beds were very comfortable. It stayed nice and cool during the day. Plenty of AC units around the house and the deck was beautiful. The sunset was beautiful. My family and I had a blast here and can’t wait to return in a few weeks. Also, the neighbors were a lot of fun. They invited us over and we did karaoke and the kids did karaoke and we just had a blast.

Restful stay

Accomodations were great! We loved being about to walk out on the deck and fish from there! So quiet (except for the thunderstorms at night, lol) and peaceful. Hope to go again soon!

The deck was just what we needed.

We found the Lake Livingston rental at the last minute. I was exhausted after a very busy week at work. My friend was trying to regroup after a traumatic loss. The deck stretched out over the lake. We saw 12 different kinds of birds,turtles and a few boats. The quiet reprieve healed us. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and sufficient. And it's on the lake--and it is weathered. We would go back in a minute.

Ok for a short stay

It’s was decent enough but I did feel it was old and could use some general maintenance. The house has an odd slightly damp smell that we weren’t able to get rid of and it wasn’t fully ready when we got there. The maintenance man had to come over 3 times during a 2 day stay. The beds were comfortable and it is right on the water.

Nice place

Our stay was very nice. The only complaints was the trash outside was half full when we arrived and the outdoor grill was very dirty and too small. Other than that we had a great time. We would stay there again.

Overall not a bad property

Overall it is nice place. There are a few maintenance issues, i'm not sure the owner is aware of. The bar ref. Was completely frozen up, and 2 of the beds (1 futon, and upstairs bed) have issues. Futon has been taped together with painters tape, and could not be used. Upstairs bed has wood supports under it to support the frame, and there was trash under it from previous guests.

Right on the water

What a fantastic little getaway! This comfortable house has a boat dock right on a cove. We enjoyed chilling on the porch and watching the sunset!

Lovely lake cottage.

Nice, older home on waterfront. Very clean, nice deck and lake view. The chair lift on the stairs is a nice touch for older guests. The only additions I would suggest would be additional lighting on pier, a toaster in the kitchen, and a cutting board to keep the counters nice.

Beautiful place

It’s a small little place but the view was beautiful. I had been worried about my mom getting up stairs but they had a chair lift. When there was a problem they immediately came out and fixed it. It was a great stay.
