Absolute Beachfront Onemana Pararaiha

A Unique Family Home placed, on what we believe is, the most beautiful beach in New Zealand! Onemana Pararaiha was the First Original Farm House of Onemana and therefore holds the most prestigious position on the beach. It is extremely spacious, set on 3/4 acre of prime beachfront and could easily accommodate 3 families. We made the top 10 holiday homes for Book a Bach holiday home of the year 2022.
The name in Maori says it all: One - Beach, Mana - prestige, a supernatural force in a person, place or object. Pararaiha- Paradise

The space

The house has 7 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 1 ensuite to the master bedroom, an extra outside bathroom with toilet and a private outdoor shower, Perfect for washing the sand off after those days at the beach!
Nearly every bedroom has breathtaking sea views, the bunk room and double room have a lovely outlook to the leafy back yard. 3 x Queen rooms over look the beach and have direct access to the large deck area.
The house has 3 family rooms in total including 1 x lounge room with Digital Television, 1 x sitting room with balcony that is off the main master bedroom and lastly the main family room which has large bi-fold doors that lead to our large deck over looking the expansive front yard and stunning Onemana beach. There are many places in the house to be together or be apart. The choice is yours.

Guest access

Please note that there is a Double garage\ Sleepout that will be locked and will not be accessible to our guests as it holds personal property. Part of the outdoor garage houses the extra bathroom and a storage room with an extra fridge- you can easily access this from the kitchen or the front lawn area.
There is off street parking for at least 7 cars at the back of the house.

Interaction with guests

We have a Local House Manager to help guests with any problems you may have while staying at Onemana and she lives locally. I will also be there to help through out the booking process- This is our special family home and we are happy to share such an amazing piece of paradise with you.

Other things to note

Please note that we have very strict rules and non compliance to the rules means you will forfeit your bond and you may be asked to leave the premises- we DO NOT rent the house to young groups for parties or gatherings. It is a family home to be enjoyed by families, extended families and families with children. We do not rent the house for parties or events.

Beautiful Stay

We stayed at this beautiful property for three nights and it was absolute paradise! The entire process from booking enquires with Renee through to the management of the property by Rachel. It was so easy and the house was an absolute dream, so wonderful for a large family such as ours (8 adults, 7 kids). This house was lovely and clean, beautifully presented, had everything and all the space we needed. We could all relax with the beach just a stones throw away! Amazing beach house to enjoy with family

My family had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. It has a lovely layout, plenty of room, amazing views and was so close to the beautiful beach. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of different areas for the family to spread out (8 adults, 6 kids). The owner and the house manager were very responsive and helpful. A week to remember

We arrived with ideas that we would explore the wider area , hire bikes etc. There were 12 of us..... a family of 6, 3 partners and 3 granddaughters. Our 3 vehicles left only to buy more supplies...... we went to the beach , swam, read , relaxed and played games for 6 days!!! There was just no reason to leave such a magic spot.!! Waking to the sun coming through the surf, eating on the decks, playing games on the front lawn, a holiday week to remember! Thank you Renee for sharing your beach house , it is a special place!!

Every year we take the Total Sport team to a stunning natural location, and the place we stayed at this year was the best ever! The location is unbelievable, and the property incredible - everything we needed was easy to find, and of a great standard. The communication from the owner and property manager were exceptional. Family long weekend

as a large family it is always hard to find such beautiful spots to all stay together - it was an amazing location and suited everyone in our extended family, from teens to kids to grandparents and parents.
