The beautiful house is situated in a quiet location, on the famous Opatija Riviera, above the town of Iii and the famous beach. The spacious and comfortable house consists of 3 separate units connected by an external staircase, two of which are on the mezzanine floor and the third occupies the entire first floor. It is therefore ideal for accommodating 2 families or a large family, as it is possible to separate the units. The house is modern and simply furnished and offers you a partial view from the ground floor and an unobstructed view of the Kvarner Bay, the blue sea and the islands of Cres and Krk from the first floor.

The house is modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay, from the ground floor there is access to the swimming pool and sunbathing area and barbecue. The ground floor and first floor have several terraces, open and covered, and a balcony. You therefore have plenty of areas to relax and read a book or watch your favourite TV series.



If you are looking for the beach and water sports, you can find them in nearby Iii. The towns of Lovran and Opatija with numerous entertainment and leisure facilities and the Uka Nature Park are also nearby. Visit the islands of Krk and Cres and enjoy the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
