The Villa Kaki is on a slope with a fantastic 180 ° view of the sea, the islands of Cres, Rijeka and Krk are on the slope and was completely renovated in 2012 and divided into 4 apartments.
A hiking trail leads past the house to Veprinac and the mountain Ucka, where you feel totally in nature. Spring and autumn invite you to go hiking, of which there are many.
The garden with fig tree, mandarins, cherries and kiwis invites you to relax with our sun loungers and our terrace under the kiwi trees.
A grill is available and a large dining table, whereby you may also get to know other guests of the house.

The apartment "Limun" is located on the ground floor with a large garden and an extra separate summer house with fridge and dishes, as well as a large terrace with an indescribable view of the bay, islands, palm trees and the sea of lights from Rijeka.
There are 2 separate toilets available in this apartment.


In just 5 minutes of stairs you are right in the middle of the action in Opatija. It takes a few minutes longer from the promenade, where you stop and enjoy the view.
You can also drive to the promenade in 5 minutes by car.
The parking lot is 70 meters away and free of charge.

Along the promenade are many diverse restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, casinos and stone beaches, a botanical garden, theater, wellness and much more.
There is a lot of culture in Opatija, such as operas, musicals, concerts and almost all under a blue sky with a view of the sea and palm trees.
Water sports games are also offered. For children there are sandboxes on the promenade, water games and small vehicles can be rented. The garden has kiwi, cherry and fig trees, with a large seating area directly under the kiwi trees. 6 comfortable loungers with parasols are available for sunbathing or relaxing. September is a dream in Opatija - maybe not with school-age children. The water is warm from summer, the air is still 30 degrees and it is not overcrowded. It is e.g. B. in Opatija on the promenade in September in the large old Kvarner hotel offered the "Viennese waltz" with long evening dresses. It is also wonderful to watch these people and to hear this beautiful music, sitting by the sea and drinking champagne.

The water is warm and salty and good for your health. There are also hardly any waves, which makes swimming easier.
