For entertainment, there is a flat screen television with separate DVD and VCR players, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the culinary tools you need for preparing meals, and there are two stools at the breakfast bar. Nearby are six chairs and a glass table, and the balcony offers a wood table and multiple chairs. Dine outdoors while you watch people on the beach and boats, maybe even dolphins, on the water. The master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, a flat screen television and a combined DVD/VCR player, plus a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and combined bathtub and shower. Guest bedroom one has a queen-size and a bathroom similar to the one in the master, while guest bedroom two offers a queen-size bed and a flat screen television on a small table.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
