Property was close to perfect for 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 teen.Only small requests we voiced were wifi password not working which the front desk answered instantly, and needing 3 blanlets which were brought right to us. Every associate we ran into was extra friendly.Went a long way !
After our condo was cancelled last minute, we quickly found this property. Phoenix XI is a great property in general and this particular condo was awesome! Balcony was nice size with great furniture, two king beds were comfy and al pullout couch for our two small children. Would stay in this condo again!
Only one thing to check is the front bathroom tub drain. It is draining very slowly. Also a mat coming in from the patio to wipe your feet. We seemed to bring in a lot of sand. The property was great!
Everything was great except the fitted sheet on king size bed did not fit and would not stay on. We used flat sheet linens for the pull out sofa instead of the fitted sheet. Also, the bathroom had left over hair in the floor that was very noticeable but otherwise seemed clean. The furnishings were nice. The view from balcony was great.
Upon arrival everything was clean and ready to go!! The condo is well stocked with all of the essentials!! The walk to the beach was quick and easy! It was nice having the TV & DVD player in the extra bedroom for our kiddos to rest and hangout! Our family had a blast and hope to return next year!!
