This condo was in a perfect spot, directly on the beach! The views from the balcony was perfect! It was so peaceful on the balcony! The condo was in great condition and clean! The host was very fast in responding to questions. I would definitely stay here again and we will be back!

FANTASTIC FAMILY CONDO!

My kids and I have been going to Orange Beach for years. This was hands down the BEST condo we have ever stayed in. The location was ideal, the amenities were life saving, very clean, and the host was easy to contact. I loved how I had my separate bedroom and bathroom away from the kids and they had their privacy. This kids enjoyed the TV in the room and view!

Great Stay right on the Beach~

Really liked this property and the split layout (master overlooking beach, guest room on left when you first walk in). The two rooms are separated by the kitchen which is great when you are bringing kids/teenagers who are staying up later :-) Well decorated. Clean. Friendly owner. Would book again. Elevators at every Phoenix seem to be slow - - so nothing out of the ordinary.

Family Beach Vacation 2024

Our Condo #6909 at Phoenix VI was wonderful! We had plenty of room in the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, balcony overlooking the beach was also great. Ms Audrey, is such a great host & very pleasant to work with. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, Ms Audrey. We will be back to stay at your condo, hopefully soon.

Perfect view!

The best thing about this stay was the communication with the owner. I had several questions about the unit and she was very quick to respond. She sent us a message letting us know that we could check in early. The view was perfect. I could keep an eye on my teenage girls at the pool and enjoy the beach view from the balcony. The bedroom set up was perfect for us. The two beds in one room was perfect for the girls and the master bedroom was very spacious with a door leading out to the balcony. You will not be disappointed if you choose this beautiful condo! We will be coming back!

3 star rating due to cleanliness

Enjoyed our stay as always, but the cleanliness was not up to standards from previous years stay. There were multiple water bottles found under the beds, trash under furniture, towels not all the way cleaned/dried, toilets not clean-still had stains in the bottom of them, the pantry had a horrible odor, etc
 we stay in Phoenix condos every year and have never had this issue until now. I was upset about paying a cleaning fee and then walked into this.

The property was lovely and clean. Everything we needed to use was in the kitchen. My only suggestion is to leave more toilet paper as we had to go buy some. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Mothers Day Trip

We booked this property for our annual Mothers Day Trip and it did not disappoint. The condo is well furnished with everything we needed and the location is perfect for going out to dinner each night. Wonderful condo and great host. We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing condo with a large balcony and spacious interior. Excellent facilities on site and we never seemed to wait very long for the elevator. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

A neglected condo in need of cleaning

We took a short three day beach trip for this rental. The location is nice but we had some issues with the rental. The listing doesn’t have the correct price for a parking pass nor does it mention the six week pool outage. Upon arrival I noted food scattered on the kitchen floors, dried food on the counters, and fingerprints on the glass patio doors. There is also a gray ashy like stain on the living room and master bedroom ceiling. Both bathroom sinks won’t drain water either. Lastly the silver mechanical lock for the front door was broken. The Wi-Fi password wasn’t in the check in directions, but we got that quickly through a text to the owner. Overall I guess the price was okay for the space and location, but I would have preferred things to work and be clean for the price.

We had everything we needed in this great space- the kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were super comfy, the view was beautiful and the condo owner was wonderful to work with! The pool was clean, there was plenty of parking, and it’s in a great location close to many restaurants.
