Internet never worked causing delay in submitting payroll for my employees. Ice maker was froze up therefore no icePictures of marks on the wall are to show they were there upon arrival.Picture of bed dust ruffle was to show it was also tore prior to our arrival

Booked last minute and this condo and property were great. Ice maker could work a little better and it will be even better when all the elevators function. The condo was clean, well maintained and perfect for our vacation!

Beautiful updated unit!

The unit was great! Fresh and updated. I loved the small details like the lights that automatically turn on in the closet and by the toilet. The kitchen was well appointed. The view was perfect! The only negative was the king size bed. It was very squeaky even when rolling over and uncomfortable. I understand that everyone's mattress taste is different. Outside of that, the unit was great!

Very comfortable accommodations

The Phoenix VI is a very nice complex. The outdoor pool was very clean and the beach access has a nice setup. The only minor gripe was other renters were smoking on their balconies now and then, and steps outside of the pool. The unit was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Nicely decorated. Would rent again. Unfortunately, we checked out early b/c it rained the last 3 days straight.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful & clean condo! Probably was gorgeous. Not to mention the property manager was very easy to work with. Me and my family can’t early to stay in the dance room again. I highly recommend staying there.
