Phoenix 5 Unit #807....This beautifully decorated 1BR/1BA beachfront condo has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and is perfect for a romantic get-away or for a small family vacation. And you'll love the balcony that is equipped with a patio table, 4 chairs, and a chaise lounge chair. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. And there is a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. And the stainless appliances are new! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided) and we have a new walk-in shower in the bathroom! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Enjoyed our stay... great location

Condo location is very convenient. Great view of the gulf from the living room/kitchen/dining area/balcony. Like having tall chairs on the balcony so you can see over the railing (instead of having to look through the railing bars in a regular height chair). Comfortable and variety of seating in the living room. Bed is very comfortable. Shower has nice water pressure and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. Although we didn’t cook any meals, the kitchen seems nicely stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Lots of channels on the TV. Enjoyed the indoor hot tub (didn’t use the outdoor pool or hot tub as it was pretty windy and somewhat chilly the few days we were hanging around the condo). We went to a local store (Academy?) and bought two inexpensive chairs to use on the beach. I think folks in the area refer to them as bag chairs. When we headed to the airport we left the chairs and leftover snacks, sodas, etc., at the front desk. What we didn’t like
 the one and only thing is the toilet paper issue. Granted, the info you receive ahead of time tells you to pack/bring your own toilet paper. This chaps my a*s. With the nightly rate we paid to stay here for eight nights, upon arrival there was one new roll of toilet paper and two almost empty rolls in the bathroom cabinet. I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and I have NEVER encountered having to provide your own toilet paper.

Definetly would stay again

We enjoyed the week very much. The view, the room was fine, and no issues that impacted our stay. However, two things tgat need mentioned. The first one was completely out of the owner’s responsibility and that was the elevator situation. Absolutely atrocious. We understand new ines on September 30th. The second issue was the inability of the dryer to dry anything. It needs replaced. We will consider stsying in the same room if it is abailable when our vacation rolls around again

This is a beautiful condo. I really enjoyed my stay. It has everything that is needed for a short stay. If you are staying longer I would suggest bringing toilet paper and extra towels.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Exactly what I hoped it would be. It had everything you could possibly need. Perfect spot for the view of the beach. I highly recommend for just two people.

Sister trip

The one bedroom condo was perfect for a short 3 day get away sister trip. The decor was lovely and nicely updated. The furniture was comfortable, particularly the king bed. The bathroom had been updated and had a nice shower. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities. There is excellent, reasonably priced, beach chair service with Ike’s Beach Service.

Room 807 Review

This is an average room, nothing spectacular. Furniture is all average. Both coffee makers needs replaced. The condo building needs some updates. The gym is as old as the condo, womens sauna didn't work. On the upscale, the pool is nice, perfect beach access, has an indoor pool with 4 hot tubs. I would prefer a newer room with newer updates. Oh yes, the sliding door needs oiled, I weigh 200 lbs and work out often but even I had a hard time opening the sliding door.
