★ABOUT THE HOME★

✔ 5 bedrooms for up to 12 guests: Five beautiful bedrooms give everybody plenty of space to rest up privately before congregating in one of this home’s many communal spaces.

✔ 4 ½ bathrooms: Four private en-suites + one half bathroom means morning teeth-brushing, evening showering, and pre-dinner styling can get done in a flash!

✔ Multiple living spaces: Between the main living room, the outdoor deck, and the ground-level dry bar + fire pit, you’ll have plenty of space for kids, adults, sports fans, movie buffs, board game aficionados, and all of the personalities in your group to set up shop (before it’s time to come together for movie night, that is).

✔ 7-minute walk to the beach: You’ll have your toes in the sand with a drink in your hand in no time: beach access is just a quick 7-minute hop across Perdido Beach Boulevard.

✔ Community pool: Not in the mood to walk? Not a problem at all–your closest waterside swimming, lounging, sunning, and napping spot is just a few steps outside of your front door!

✔ Community boat dock: Hear that? That’s the open water calling! Visiting mariners can bring along boats and dock them at this home’s designated slip in the community dock on Cotton Bayou.

✔ Wheelchair accessible: This home has an elevator that goes from the ground-level entry to the top floor, so wheelchair users (+ any guests with mobility concerns) can easily enter and exit the home. There is also a reserved accessible parking spot next to the home.

You’re on vacation–the last thing you should be doing is lugging your things up multiple flights of stairs. Actually, let’s be honest–you shouldn’t be walking up stairs at all. You do enough of that at home. After a long day on the beach, a serious jet ski race, or an epic surf-n-turf feast, take the elevator back to your room so you can get straight back to relaxing without missing a beat.



This elevator goes all the way to the ground floor entrance, which makes this home accessible for any guests with disabilities who may have mobility concerns!



★COMMUNITY POOL★

You’re in a haze, you’ve forgotten what day it is, and all you know is that it’s time for your daily catnap in the sun. Luckily for you, the community pool is just a few steps away, so you can easily cool off, lay down, and catch some Zs while you work on your base tan!



★COMMUNITY BOAT DOCK★

Mariners, rejoice! A boat ride is just a quick walk away from this home. If you’ve got a boat you want to bring along, you’ll have a designated slip at the community’s boat dock on Cotton Bayou.



★FIVE DAYS OF HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS★

We know you need more than a half-full soap pump and one roll of toilet paper for your stay. All Grand Welcome Orange Beach rental homes come thoroughly stocked with a 5-day supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, laundry detergent, hand soap, and all of those little things you shouldn’t have to think about while on vacation. Taking inventory of household essentials sounds like a chore for back home–get back to napping on the beach, knowing you’re fully stocked for your stay!



★COFFEE + TEA BARS IN EVERY HOME★

Speaking of “household essentials,” every Grand Welcome Orange Beach & Perdido Key vacation home comes with a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar with several flavors and varieties to choose from. Tea + honey? Check. Hot chocolate? Check. Medium roast, black? You got it. Decaf, precisely 1.83 tablespoons of creamer, ⅛ teaspoon of Splenda, stirred for 37 seconds, and topped with one ice cube? Go for it. Whatever your tastes, you can start the day off right with the perfect cup.



Guest Access:

This is a private home that’s all yours during your stay! You’ll have space to park 3-5 cars. 2-4 cars can fit in the carport under the house, and you’ll also have one reserved accessible parking space immediately next to the house. The additional parking space has plenty of clearance for any guests with disabilities or mobility concerns.



Additional first-come, first-served parking spots are available next to the community pool, but we cannot guarantee that these will be available.



This multi-story home has an elevator.



You’ll enter the property via a door code that’s unique to your group, which we’ll confirm with you before your trip starts.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving to your vacation home by car and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area. You’ll have plenty of space to store 3-5 cars + one boat at this home.



More travelers can now reliably fly into the Orange Beach area! Allegiant Airlines offers nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport. Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.



Some rideshare services may be available on demand, depending on availability. Ask us about shuttle, ferry, and party bus rental options, too!
