The Palms is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This completely renovated unit has a spacious unique floor plan. New balcony furniture included table for 6 and 2 lounge chairs, stainless steel appliances, sofa sleeper with a comfortable mattress, high quality linens & sheets. Unit is kept up to incredibly high standards.

We believe vacation is a time to relax without worries. We have worked hard to make sure your entire experience at this great condo will be hassle free. Book online (link below), we will take care of the rest. All you have to do is go straight to your vacation condo at The Palms. No keys to exchange (thanks to our advanced code based lock) and no packages (we send all the information you need via email).

With its extra large balcony, quality outdoor furniture and direct Gulf front view The Palms is a great place for a Gulf Coast beach vacation! The unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. High end furnishings and attention to detail will help to make this the most relaxing vacation condo you will visit. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with a KS in the master, 2 QS beds in the guest bedroom and a QS sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer.

Amenities include a gulf front outdoor pool, large indoor heated pool, tennis court, sauna and exercise room offering views of the Gulf. Cable TV, free wireless internet and charcoal bbq grills are onsite. Private boardwalks provide direct access to the beautiful beach. Beach chair rental is available that includes padded lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach. Skip the traffic on Hwy 59 and take the Foley Beach Express to Hwy 161, turn left on the beach highway and The Palms is less than a mile to the left. Publix and several restaurants are located minutes away.

Please note that The Palms is a smoke-free property including Unit #413 and all common areas.

Beautiful beach view

We had a wonderful vacation at this clean and tastefully decorated condo. This unit had plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Wonderful amenities and plenty of seating on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. The owner, Janet was very nice and provided all the needed information prior to our arrival. We will be back!

So Relaxing

We celebrated our 20th anniversary here with our son and one of his friends and had the absolute best time. The unit was so clean and well appointed. A few tips for people going to this area as it was our first time in Orange beach and we usually stay in Fort Morgan where we are away from the crowds. We decided on Orange beach due to its proximity to restaurants we wanted to try and convenience for 2 teenagers with no car to get around. We love The Shrimp Basket but will never return to the Orange beach location. It was far before the location in Gulf Shores. Coastal was an amazing breakfast with the best views we’ve seen in the area. Cobalt was not at all worth the wait or the price so do not waste your time. The best restaurant in the area is very close and we went 3 separate times and it was called Zekes’s. It was amazing! The corn bread dish was amazing as was their Caprese Salad and all of their fish dishes including their crab cakes were unmatched anywhere I’ve been in Gulf Shores with the exception of Jesse’s on the Bay which is by hard the best restaurant in the area and it is located on Fort Morgan. Back to the unit of course
 no need for beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, etc. it was all provided and was so convenient. We also rented the chairs and umbrella from the service on the beach and it was super convenient. We don’t usually splurge like that but it was an anniversary trip and it was reasonable. We loved our time here !

Spring Break

First spring break without kids. We had a great time at a very nice property. Orange Beach is nice area. Close to lots of activities but also a very peaceful and relaxing area. We recommend this property completely.

The best condo at the Island

This is our third time staying in this condo
we absolutely love the location of the condo and that u can see the pool from the balcony. Our family rents around 9 condos and ours/this one is the most well equipped. We come to Orange Beach every two years and hope to book again in 2026. The owner is very responsive and cooperative also.

wonderful stay!!!

This is an amazing condo!! we had everything we needed. it was well stocked, very clean, and very beachy decorations. we had problems with the tv in the second bedroom, but it was finally fixed, thank you. we had beach supplies in closet to use while we were there. the view was perfect! the location was awesome! our family rented several condos, and everyone wanted our condo!! We will definitely be renting this condo again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo

Palms

We have stayed at the palms for over 10 years. We love the location and that it is a smaller building so the beach is less crowded. This was our first time To stay in unit 413. It was beautifully decorated. Our only complaint is the cleanliness. The cleaning crew didn’t properly clean before we arrived. The floors Were dirty, trash left behind from previous guest , bathroom countertops/sinks not Cleaned, mold in shower and toilets dirty. Refrigerator dirty with food crumbs etc. I reached out to the number about this situation but didn’t get a response back to this particular Text. If it would have been cleaned the condo Would have been perfect for us!

Condo is Perfect

Our trip to Orange Beach was made perfect by our stay at this unit! Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was available to us, from beach towels to beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked from cookware to blenders. The pools are beautiful and clean however the indoor pool sadly was too cool for my grandson to enjoy. Thinking maybe the pool heater just wasn’t up enough? We tried a few times but other patrons leaving said it was too cool for them also. The outdoor pool was very clean and a nice size. The grilling area was wonderful. You have a very SHORT walk to the beach. Wonderful beach chair service offered also. This condo is decorated very tastefully. Host is so easy to communicate with! We will definitely be staying here again next year after construction is completed. Updates are going to be wonderful! Thank you for vacation to remember!
