Loved our Stay!

This a was fantastic room to have with a toddler. We were able to hit either pool, the splash pad ,or the beach super quick and because our room was so close, we didn't have to drag as much stuff out each trip. The gate had a pull-up lock so our toddler wasn't able to get out of the gate. The room itself was clean and having a bunk bed for the toddler was super convenient. We had a small issue with the code getting in BUT we text the available number and they get us a new code and into our room very quickly even at 3am. We loved this room and would definitely book again!

Room smelled of marijuana upon arrival. Opened the door to one dead roach and one alive and running. Outlets in kitchen don’t work and ceiling is falling down in living area. Contacted owner thru VRBO and she responded that it was managed thru another company. Contacted that company and did not hear any feedback. I came i to my room the next day to find a can of Raid on my counter. I got NO modifications via text, phone, email or VRBO of anyone entering my room. I have a daughter that could have been unattended or in the shower. I found it a violation of our privacy. No effort was made to fix the outlets , so I brewed my coffee in the living room. Roaches were everywhere. We killed 2-3 per day. Upon arriving home, I would not let the luggage inside and had to wash all containers/ clothes as to fear bringing them home. Very disappointed. Will never stay here again.

We enjoyed having a balcony poolside. Anyone who has young children would love this convenience. We were steps away from bathroom, and snacks. The beach was never too crowded. The gym was right around the corner. My son enjoyed racket ball.
