“Sandcastle by the Sea“ is newly decorated to incorporate the hues of the sand and sea in tan, green, and blue, with 'splashes' of turquoise. The modern West Indies style creates an inviting space. Features include a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and white cabinetry, indoor and outdoor seating for four, and updated lighting, art, and accessories.

This is a ground floor unit offering the ease and convenience of entering the pool area and beach access directly from the unit-NO ELEVATOR NEEDED! This is a nice amenity for unloading beach and pool gear and for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and meal time! The community grills and picnic pavilion are nearby. TEN FOOT CEILINGS make this condo feel especially spacious.

You also have convenient access to the well- appointed lobby and complex amenities.

A queen sleeper sofa AND a full sleeper sofa plus king-size bed allow five to sleep comfortably. The primary bedroom gives a nod to Key West with bright furnishings and fun artwork and accessories.

Everything was very clean only issues was the broken seal on fridge and cracked toilet, it was very convenient to the pool being on the bottom floor.

I LOVED this rental! Excellent location for families with little children! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and all of the beds are super comfy! Unit is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as pictured!!! I will definitely be staying at this unit again! My kids and I all had a wonderful time!

Very nice condo and location

This would have been a 5-star review. However, this place lacked my personal standards of being clean (with outrageous cleaning fees being charged). Otherwise, great condo, great decor and fully stocked with all necessary items in the kitchen.

Great place to stay! After waiting in line for 45 mins to check-in because there was only one station open finally 2 others opened and was able to check in! Overall a good experience. We enjoyed our stay!

Me and my family stayed in a 2 bedroom. We loved it. Very clean and loved being right on the beach. I didn’t really care for the vrbo site. We used the Actual Phoenix site more than anything.

Such a wonderful condo in a beautiful location! Very roomy for a 1BR!

The pullout couch was perfect for our boys, the king bed in the master was so comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom even had Bath and Body Works toiletries. I loved the fact that the linens are all professionally laundered (germaphobes unite!). The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for our November visit. We also enjoyed the tennis courts (you can borrow equipment at the front desk). The beach is so close, and pristine! If you're looking for a beautiful, immaculate 1BR condo (save $$ over a bigger unit, since the sofa bed here is easy to set up and put away, and there's TONS of storage, so no clutter to see!) in Orange Beach, I highly recommend staying here.
