The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two comfortable Full beds. Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room with a Queen sofa sleeper, expanding the accommodation capacity to 10 guests.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great Access to Beach Views

When they say "beach view" for this property, they mean it!! We had Gulf front views from a spacious balcony with access from the living room and master suite. The weather was perfect for turning off the AC and opening the large sliding doors to enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of crashing waves. This property is close to great eating and shopping, but also just enough off the busiest part of the highway.

Family weekend escape

Our room was Great. Had everything you needed. The dryer usually took you 2 times to dry but i’m use to that. They were working on the part of the condo but it never bothered us and they kept it cleaned up in the area they were working on.

The condo needs some updating. Rust on the cabinet in the bathroom. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Overall the size of condo was nice, great view of ocean. The gym only has 4 pieces of equipment.

Mediocre property

9 of us stayed here for 6 nights. Overall it was a decent place. Seemed neglected though. Mold on the shower curtains, front door you had to slam really hard to close it because the hinges were loose, sliding patio door was very very hard to slide open, glass shelf broken out of fridge, kitchen drawer missing, bifold door to dryer broken, had to run the dryer twice to dry one load of laundry. Bedding to the pull out bed had to be requested. Towels are provided, but only 4 per bathroom which I later found was in the description but we had to buy linens while we were there. I texted them my feedback when they requested it but then never replied to discuss anything so I’m leaving the same feedback on here. Overall, the condition wasn’t a deal breaker but next time I will find a different place to stay at, especially at the cost of the rental.

Place is a little outdated and in need of repairs. Front door didn’t close without force due to bad hinges, laundry area bi-fold doors were worn out and we had to use caution opening and closing or they would fall off, shelves and drawers in refrigerator were broken and had a water leak we had to keep wiping up. Sliding doors going out on patio deck were worn out and very hard to operate. Everything else was great and even with the door problems, we really enjoyed our stay.

Shark Week

Love the location! The first day we saw a shark from the balcony! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pools. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Since it is managed by Liquid Life instead of the owner, there's no beach towels or beach toys. Also, not enough towels and only the bare minimum of supplies. But the unit was very clean. The beds were clean and comfy too. The unit only had one extra blanket so bring a throw or two. The dryer is not very hot so takes a long time to dry towels. But we had a great time and made lots of memories!

Lovely Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed being right on the beach and on steps away from the water. The condo was clean and up to date. There is not much in walking distance, or at least not walking friendly, but everything is a short drive away.

Relaxing Girls Trip

This condo was very nice. Lots of room, great location, and beautiful views. Very convenient to great restaurants, stores, and shopping. A few things they can do better is cleaning. The condo wasn’t nasty, but the walls and doors in the bathrooms we dirty. They could use a good wipe down. The master bathroom tub was clogged, but maintenance came right over to fix it. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bed near the window in the 3rd bedroom need new mattresses. They both have huge dips in the middle. A Keurig would be a nice addition. The fridge is missing the glass covers that goes over the bottoms drawers. The dryer doesn’t get very hot. There were beach chairs in the patio storage for use, but some of those are mildewed. The patio table is nice but not level. It’s rigged up with cardboard paper to level out. A few more lounge chairs would be nice on the patio. Overall we would recommend staying here, but we want to make you aware of these minor issues.
