Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

We loved this condo & the location! Very spacious and had everything we needed. There was a little confusion about the door code for check in & at one point the code stopped working - but those issues were very quickly resolved with management. We would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix X 6th floor

We absolutely love the Phoenix X building! The condo and the entire building was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were two holes in the walls, the refrigerator would not stay sealed closed, and the toilet was not secured to the floor. Contacted maintenance and the said they came by while we were at the beach and nothing was repaired. Overall the things wrong weren’t that bad. Just have never had theses issues in the last ten years we have been stayed at Vrbo’s in this building.

Great Space and Location

Great facility, and the unit itself was nearly perfect. The check-in process was very easy. The property management company checked in a few times and responded quickly. The AC was cold, the water pressure was great, the mattresses were comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked for a VRBO
those are big ticket items for my family. The pool was great, and everything was very clean. The condo and furniture were exactly as pictured. It was also a nice touch that there were several board games provided that we enjoyed. A word to the wise, this unit certainly can sleep 12 people, HOWEVER, I think squeezing 12 in there is a bit much. I wouldn’t suggest putting more than 8 in there, mainly because there are only 2 bathrooms. We only had 4, so I can’t say this from experience, just a suggestion based on the square footage. Also, the TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3 are not smart TVs or connected to any cable or satellite service that we could see. I think they were hooked up to a DVD player. Given, you don’t take beach trips to stay in and watch TV, but sometimes weather doesn’t cooperate. This is something that the owners can’t do anything about, but parking deck needs those fisheye mirrors installed. We were almost hit/run over a few times as cars were coming down the deck. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Summer Family Vacation

Overall the stay was great. I was not happy with the kitchen and how it was supplied. We didn’t even have a cookie sheet. The condo sleeps 12 and the kitchen definitely was not suitable for 12 people. The dishwasher was not working. We called to have someone fix it and they did but unfortunately, , it still wasn’t working. They told us they ordered a new one and it would be there in a few days which we were checking out by then. We needed to wash and dry all the dishes (for 12 people) all week. Which was annoying. The kitchen sink drain plug didn’t work but they did bring a new one. We did complain about not having a cookie sheet and many kitchen items and they did bring one to us. The shower knobs in the 2nd bathroom would fall off the wall-again-we did let them know about that and again that was annoying. They did respond well to our requests and tried to make things right. The place fit us well and we loved our stay. The place was clean and the air conditioner worked well-it was a hot week. I hope the things I mentioned would be fixed so others will not have to deal with those issues. Overall we had a great week with our family there.

Great stay!

Our stay at Phoenix X was great! It was very spacious and clean. The third bedroom with 4 double beds was the perfect room for our group of kiddos. The outdoor pool was awesome as well! The check in wasn't ideal, with not having a hard time that the room would be available. The listing shows 3pm, but I received many messages that said check-in starts after 3. A more set check in time would be helpful for guests in the future, as it's hard to really plan for a moving target.

Very dissatisfied resolution to a communication issue! Pool/hot tub were closed during my stay. This info is alway listed on the website. I called my representative to let them know of the inconvenience! They were surprised about the closure. There was no communication with either party about the closure. They were very appreciative of my finding! This hopefully helped out future bookings. There was nothing done on my end to relieve the mixup! There were numerous people at the condo complex that were extremely upset! The people I spoke with got perks for the mixup. My representative said the owner was paid in full already. Their hands were tied at that point! But, did mention they would reach out and see if anything could be resolved! At that point I would receive a call! Nothing! Oh well! Do better!

Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

We had 2 families staying, children ranging in age from 8-14, they loved the bunk room! The appliances were not great, microwave handle broken. But overall it was great.
