We had a great stay at this unit! It had everything we needed for our week vacation. My only complaints are a super uncomfortable mattress in the guest bedroom, EXTREMELY squeaky bathroom door in the guest bedroom, and the tile on the tub of the master bathroom was missing. Overall great stay.

Upon arriving we encountered many items not working & or broken. Master bath was taped off and stated do not use, guest shower faucet was broken and squirting water, refrigerator was frozen with water in the drawers, additionally smelling of old fish, Hot Tub struggled to get over 85 degrees for two days. In general our experience with this unit was poor, we will not book here again.

Orange Beach getaway

The stay was amazing and the property is in a great location for the beach and being near Gulf Shores as well. The check in was miserable!!! We arrived after hours and needed to check in at the guard shack but the check in procedures from VRBO are incorrect for this property. Turquoise Place security was well aware of this issue from past rentals. Please look into having Vacasa update your check in procedures to send an email to the property with the unit number and dates of the stay. We were at the guard shack for nearly an hour at 1am trying to get someone with authority from Vacasa on the phone to send this email. No one from Vacasa seemed authorized to do this and they kept reading me the incorrect check in procedure per Turquoise Place.

Great condo with great amenities and convenient access to all the local eateries and beach

The property and condo are phenomenal and chocked full of amenities!!! The parking is very convenient for loading and unloading too! The views from the balcony are beautiful and the beach is easily accessed by a lovely pier complete with water stations to rinse off sandy toes after beach visit. The only negative was that the hot tub service company decided to drain and refill the hot tub during our stay which made the hot tub unusable to us for 40% of our stay. Super Bowl weekend is not the weekend to be draining/refilling working hot tubs when it is a major appealing point of a condo with a balcony at the beach in February. I don’t think this had anything to do with the condo rental itself, but rather with the maintenance schedule of the hot tub company . 2025 February.

Turquoise Place in Orange Beach Managed by Vacasa

Vacasa lived up to it's promise to reimburse us for out of service ameneties (like a broken Jacussi.and fire place) that were not functional; but skimped on everyday neccessities like towels and toilet paper. Not the end of the world, but we suggest you bring your own.

We love orange beach

2nd time staying at turquoise place just in a different condo. There is no beach chair service included and it’s kind of pricy. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Resort has 2 outdoor pools a lazy river indoor pool a one of the pools has a slide. Daily activities for kids to do most of the options are free. There’s an outdoor bar by one of the pools and they serve drinks and food.

Turquoise Place

This is our 2nd stay at these condos - altho we stayed in a different unit this time. It was very clean and large for our party of 6. These condos are very family friendly, centrally located and safe. You just can't beat the beach view and beach access. My only complaint is that the mattress on the master bed was not good. Otherwise we were very pleased and will be back!

Great property, bad unit and owner

The unit was dirty, bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the fireplace didn't work, the grill was broken, there was a broken luggage stand, the mattress in the main bedroom was shot. Not what we are used to from VRBO. The property was great just not this unit.

Overall as advertised. Great location, clean plenty of room. Condo had everything needed for the week and was very comfortable. Could use a fresh coat of paint but not a big deal as it was very clean. Property itself was nice with a nice gym, pool and easy access to the beach. Check in was very easy and details delivered in advance of trip where spot on. Would stay again in 1507.
