The room was immaculate and setup properly to accomodate our needs. The staff and security were all friendly, helpful, and informative. The heated pool was a definite plus early in the season. The view from the room was SPECTACULAR for sunrise and sunset as well as just viewing the gulf.

Comfortable and great view

Great condo with lots of extra amenities on the property. Very clean, well equipped, and plenty of room for a family of 3 or 4. Wonderful view of the gulf and beach, and close to tons of area attractions. Definitely give this place a try.

View of the beach was amazing. Facilities very nice, Gym was great as were the pool and hot tubs. Finding the Condo day one, was tricky first digit building, second 2 are the floor and last the condo. You do need a car to get around to restaurants and sites. But, the beach is a short walk and you can walk in either direction for miles. You need to rent chairs or bring your own. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores is a wonderful area to visit. Lots of great restaurants/bars live music and lots to do. We even saw pods of dolphins feeding out in the gulf from out balcony

Great stay and great communication. We were able to add an extra day!We'd suggest a broom and dust pan, more than one hand towel for the kitchen, and some kind of Tupperware. But we're already planning our next stay at this Phoenix.

Good location

The amenities of the Phoenix 1-4 properties are varied though they could be updated. The condo itself was perfectly adequate for what our family needed.

Summer getaway

Great location. Some of the furniture is dated. LR rug stained and needs replacing. Twin room light switch did not work so had to use pull switches on ceiling fan. One DR chair was broken. The owner was responsive to my comments and placed work orders so hopefully this is repaired. The bed is comfortable and kitchen had all needed items.
