Highlights of this one-bedroom condo include charming coastal furnishings. Enjoy top-notch amenities, including three pools (two outdoor and one indoor), shuffleboard courts, barbeque grills (a short walk from the back patio), a fitness center, a sauna and steam room.
Soak up the sun by the beach, enjoy natural trails at the nearby state park, explore local cuisine at the nearby restaurants, or check out shopping and entertainment at The Wharf (a 10- to 15-minute drive). Seafarers will love taking a dolphin cruise or fishing charter from Orange Beach Marina (a 7-minute drive).

The tranquil bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a 32” TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower - and is stocked with a hairdryer, a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities, and plenty of towels.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A private covered patio offers ample space to enjoy the fresh coastal air and Gulf views in the distance. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table.

Take dip in two outdoor pools or an indoor saltwater pool. Walk directly to the Gulf via the beach boardwalk.

Unassigned parking for one car is available in the outdoor lot. A parking pass can be purchased on-site for a one-time fee of $25 (price subject to change). RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on the property.

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
