This is one of the first completed townhomes in the neighborhood. Additional construction is ongoing as new units are built; occasional daytime noise and activity may be present.

No smoking inside the home.

Primary renter must be 25+ and will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid ID in accordance with local standards and community rules.
