Relax in this fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Orange Beach Alabama. This condo has floor to ceiling windows and is fully furnished. The condo has in unit a fully furnished kitchen and a clothes washer and dryer. Enjoy an Ocean view from your private balcony and take a dip in the pool. The pool also has a fun splash pad for the kids! Other amenities include: a Full-time onsite staff, Indoor/outdoor pools, lighted tennis court, basketball goal, indoor racquet ball, hot tubs and saunas, exercise rooms, barbeque grills and more! Free wi-fi throughout complex! Guests pay for parking upon arrival. $55 per vehicle for the entire stay, limit of two vehicles.

The condo was nice,but could use a deep clean- there was popcorn behind the tv, baseboards were dirty and the sheets smelled of slight mildew. The condo itself was very pretty with a well stocked kitchen and nice extras in the bathrooms. Beautiful view from the balcony. If these issues were addressed I would definitely recommend this for location and the view!

The condo was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was with security staff. I have never been chased down about arm bands anywhere I’ve ever stayed. We always had them on us either in a pocket or on a bag. No we didn’t wear them the whole time we were outside nobody wants a big white tan line on their wrist. It would have been different if they asked everyone that walked by about them but they didn’t. Also, security and the front desk apparently need better communication the front desk did not have us down for two vehicles when we got there so they printed us out a second parking pass when we got there because the lady at the desk didn’t know how to add a second to our room. Then the older male security guard at the gates told my father he couldn’t continue to use the paper that was printed off by the front desk so he had to go purchase another two days before we left. This same older man at the security gate also held us up at the gate nearly everyday. A few times he might as well have just gotten in the vehicle with us as much as he stuck his upper half into the drivers window. So other than the security staff it was wonderful that’s really the only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars. Nobody wants to be harassed while on vacation.

Excellent Condo

I’m hard to please when it comes to showers and water pressure. Thank you for the high water pressure shower head! The common areas were always sparkling clean and even smelled good. Elevators need the interiors finished but worked superb at all times. Communications before the trip were promptly responded to. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! It was close enough to shuttle stop (next Phoenix down) & easy to get in and out of. Mickey was so easy to communicate with! Appreciate that the parking charge is sent in advance via 3rd party with phoenix so it can be taken care of prior to arrival making check in a breeze. Location has tons of carts to bring in all your stuff. Would love to stay again!

The place was nice but owner could spend 1.89 on a double plate switch covers for switches and maybe some light bulbs on vanity. 3 out of 6 didn’t work. A new shower head in one shower would help you have a good shower and not spray water on wall Maybe I just see the little things but that’s what makes a difference are the little things to me Overall great place if some things fixed would stay again for the same price and fix the stuff for free for guy. If guy would let me. Views are awesome

My family and I came to OB for a quick birthday get away. We had the best time. It was warm the beginning of the stay and freezing the next. During the cold days, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub. We will stay here again.

Great Condo, Wonderful location!

I would recommend this unit to anyone! Decor was cute and it had everything we needed fully stocked. My minor issues would be a broken ice maker and lack of drawer space in primary bedroom. Shower fixtures in both were a little difficult to figure out but were fine. The owner/manager was great to work with and very friendly. The unit was also clean and beds were comfortable, loved the layout.
