Phoenix Gulf Towers 1607 is an incredibly gorgeous, newly decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo that sleeps up to 14 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds with queen bunk beds on top, and the third bedroom has two queen-size beds. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The dining area provides seating for eight at the beautiful dining table, along with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar. The master bathroom includes a double vanity and a large walk-in shower with glass doors, along with private balcony access.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
