Welcome to Phoenix X 1201, a highly sought-after West corner condo with a spectacular wraparound balcony and unbeatable views of the Gulf and Ole River. Perfectly situated next to the iconic Flora-Bama, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front retreat is the ideal home base for up to 10 guests seeking sun, fun, and relaxation in Orange Beach.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious layout with stunning coastal scenery visible from every angle. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze when you're not dining at the many nearby restaurants. The large primary suite offers private balcony access with sweeping Gulf views and its own en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms enjoy private access to the north-facing balcony overlooking Ole River, with one bedroom offering direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for added convenience.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ensuring all the conveniences of home.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the Flora-Bama, famous for its live music, cold drinks, fun events, and legendary beachside atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, the Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, boat rentals, jet skis, fishing charters, and even a liquor store—everything you need for a full vacation without ever getting in your car.

We had an amazing time. The balcony and view were great. The beach was awesome. It was very convenient to several restaurants and the Flora-Bama. This is our second time in that room and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great corner condo unit with beautiful views of the ocean and the bay! It almost feels like staying in a lighthouse! The only thing I wish was more clear is the parking! In the listing it said there is a 60 fee for each additional car, but in actuality it was 60 for each car, including the first and only car we brought.I am sure Phoenix X has implemented this parking pass “fee” specifically for people who rent through an outside service like VRBO, but one parking pass should be included in the rental of the unit for at least the first car.Everything else was great, and we would stay in this unit again!

Perfect beach vacation! The views were amazing!! The condo was very clean and spacious and close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the fridge when we first arrived, but the owners were able to send someone out to check/fix it within hours of contacting them!! We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit Orange Beach for future vacations!

Just loved this place! Very pretty and the fact that you are end to end- you can see the gulf, side and the bay. So, neat having the 2 balconies and that gave others their own space. The corner balcony is just the best! Also, brings in the best breeze too!!! Loved it and it has all you need. Love it so much and had a great time and easy to walk to a couple of places to eat too!

Overall, a great stay

We had a great stay at this unit. It had plenty of space for our needs, it’s decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors. I have a 2 year old and 1 year old. After 5 minutes of walking barefoot, they both had black feet from the floors. Anytime they walked barefoot, we would have to wipe down their feet with a wet wipe. Also, the bench at table was wobbly along with the table itself. Otherwise, it was a nice stay!

Spring Break Stay

We had a great week here! Started with rain which kept us inside most of the day and we were very happy with that. The unit is beautiful, comfortable and had amazing views. Nothing more we needed to sit and enjoy a nice, rainy day at the beach. The rest of the week was beautiful weather and we enjoyed every moment of comfort and ease of staying here. We had everything we needed within a short distance if not on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Phoenix 10 corner unit

We had a nice stay at this 12th floor corner unit in Orange Beach. The condo is nicely updated and the beds comfortable; we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The condo pools are nice and the beach is beautiful and a short/easy walk down the boardwalk. There is a company that rents chairs and umbrellas right at the end of the boardwalk.

Fantastic Unit, as Advertised!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay over Spring Break. The unit was as advertised and was perfect for our group of three adults and one teenager. We loved the wrap-around balcony, and loved having balconies in all bedrooms. The unit was very nicely remodeled, was clean, and well stocked. We loved having the option between brewing a pot of coffee or being able to use a Keurig pod instead if desired. As for the property itself, it is a little dated. That being said, we never had to wait long at all for an elevator, parking was ample and easy, there were plenty of carts available to use, and access to the beach was SUPER easy and quick. If you are looking to work out while on vacation, this is not the place, as the fitness center is very lacking. However, you can still get a good arm workout scrubbing the pans if you like to cook eggs for breakfast like we do. My only criticism of the unit would be the need to upgrade the frying pans to something not from the dollar store. You should also plan to bring your own paper towels and toilet tissue, as the stuff provided is not quality. I was a little nervous that being located directly adjacent to FloraBama would be noisy, as they have bands playing every night, but that was not a problem at all. Granted, our unit was on the far west side of the building, but we could not hear any music at all from our unit, even on the balcony. The waves drowned it out very well!!And FloraBama has a beach bar!
