Now under new management and wide open for peak season bookings, this beautifully appointed retreat is perfectly situated—just steps from deeded beach access and bordering the scenic Gulf State Park. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, explore miles of nature trails, or simply relax by the coast, Sea-renity Now places you in the heart of it all. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, this home combines laid-back coastal charm with all the modern comforts of a true home-away-from-home.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Sea-renity Now comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. This two-story vacation home features a fully stocked chef's kitchen and a spacious, open-concept living area ideal for reconnecting with friends and family. The oversized front porch and private backyard patio with a BBQ grill and picnic table make outdoor entertaining a breeze.

The Parks Edge community is known for its family-friendly amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, deeded beach access just a short walk away, and exclusive access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail via the nearby Rosemary Dunes trailhead. Whether you're looking to hike, bike, or simply explore, nature lovers will appreciate the direct connection to over 25 miles of trails and six diverse ecosystems.

Upon entering the main floor of Sea-Renity Now, guests are welcomed by a beautifully styled open living, dining, and kitchen area that leads to an extended back patio and sandy entertainment area. This level also features a serene primary suite with a king bed, a spa-like en suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a convenient half bath, and a full-size laundry room.

Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms: one with a king bed and shared bathroom access, two with a queen bed, and a fun bunk room designed for kids or teens. The bunk room has two queen beds with custom lofts above and a smart TV. Every bedroom also has a flat-screen TV for added comfort and entertainment.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Kaiser Vacation Rentals follows an Enhanced Cleaning Protocol, including a complete linen turnover between guests. Sea-renity Now provides private parking for up to three vehicles (no trailers, RVs, boats, or jet skis are allowed).

Wonderful place to stay! House was just as posted. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pots, pans, bowls and dishes. The layout of the house was perfect. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful house! We had plenty of space for my family and grandkids. I’ve rented many homes before, and this is by far the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! We had everything we needed. The community pool was very nice, and having the beach so close was amazing. I highly recommend this house and rental company.

Overall the house was great and we had an amazing time! The location was excellent! Simple check in process! Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and served our large family well! It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space for the 10 of us to eat together and hang out in the living room. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds! The only issue I would say we had was the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was a bit moldy on the bottom. But we would definitely stay there again!

Great location, great house

Spent a few days Sea-renity Now for a family trip. Plenty of space in the house, quiet neighborhood, plenty of walking trails, minutes from public beach access.

Will stay with Kaiser Vacation Rentals again, hopefully on the beach the next time! Had a good experience. House was about 30 minutes from the airport and located in a quiet area, about a block from the pool, and less than a 10 minute walk to ice cream or the beach. We had problems with trying to use their recommended app (everything was grayed out), but was able to easily call and get the info we needed. The washing machine didn't work when we tried to use it, but called them and they took care of it - had a tech onsite to troubleshoot it, then ended up replacing it with a new one. House is in a nice neighborhood, but not close enough to walk to any restaurants, shops, or bars. It was within a 5 to 15 minute drive to most everything we were interested in.

Family time-the best time!

The most gorgeous home away from home was perfect. How could that seemingly small house have 5 bedrooms and so much space! If you don’t require being on the beach this place was ideal! Well stocked kitchen supplies made breakfast and lunch prep easy!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, organized, equipped and as depicted in the photos. Many homes don't necessarily reveal what you'd actually see, but not this one. Much effort was put into this home to make it not only attractive but comfortable. The owner obviously cares about appeasing the guest and not just making a dollar...kudos to owner. The management team was excellent, professional and with good communication throughout our stay. We would definitely use Kaiser for future trips. This overall experience was wonderful! Thanks to the owner and the Kaiser management team!

Unlike other vrbo places we stayed this place lacked in items. No dish clothes. No t towels. Bathroom soap dispensers were barely filled. Ran out that 1st evening. No plug for kitchen sink so had to run water the entire time to do dishes and used more dish soap thsn. Secretary. Wasteful ecologically and costly to the owners No doubt No basic spices or extras of any sort to use. Salt and pepper shakers only and were empty. Place was great..Just make sure you're prepared to spend more on every single house maintenance thing you will need (laundry soap toilet paper paper towels kleenex dish soap. Dishwasher pods etc. Purchase dish rags and t towels etc. Also...be prepared For no wifi. We called on 2nd day there. Was given an app that never worked and was told someone was gonna come look into it and bring us other items(drain stopper for sink) NEVER showed called or assisted. Otherwise..this was an exceptional place and experience.

The location is great and the space in the house was perfect for my family but we did have a few issues. The House was not cleaned well prior to checkin. Spit cups and cigarette buts were left in the back deck. There were food crumbs and food wrappers n closets and drawers in the house. Pool access code was but made available. I called the management company to request it and it took over an hour for them to get back to me with it.

This house accommodated our two families of five perfectly for our week in Orange Beach! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathroom towels, the pool was right across the street and the walk to the beach was so easy. I loved having a walk in closet in every bedroom to store suitcases and clothes. We also appreciated all of the provided laundry baskets and clothes hangers. The front and back porch furniture was nice and the kids loved playing in the sand in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We hope to come back!
