This unit was nothing like we had expected! It was filthy and roach infested! Pubic hair in the showers, holes and stains on the blankets! It was disgusting, furniture etc something you would expect from a $50/ night motel !The only bright spot was the manager, Eric, who was in Pensacola with a sick baby at the doctors, he was wonderful! He sent us to another unit in Gulf Shores. It was smaller, only 2 bedrooms, but was what we had expected to find in the first condo. It was crowded but manageable and we were able to finally enjoy our vacation. He said this unit would be closed until it had been completely refurbished. The only reason I didnât give a 0 rating was because itâs not available. That and the fact that the property manager, Eric, was great!
Line was long...in the busy street. Needs a better way for filling out the pink passes at the security booth. No smoking policy on balconies was a joke. Shower head in bedroom needs to have a better force in spray. Went to grocery store first night...came back later to hundreds of roaches in the kitchen. Had to throw away some items I just bought. Pest control had to be called. Coffee pot did not work and was given another one. Condo for 8 and only 1 dresser throughout the place. Couch that pulled out had no padding and the person was unable to sleep on it. The view was amazing and the property was well maintained. Please invest in dressers for people staying several days. Who has a room with no dresser...two rooms didn't. Furniture needs upgraded. They all sat low with no cushion. Thank you
It was an overall good experience however there was some cockroaches around the stove we found those the last day or two there. And the rules in the condominium were awful. The kids were not allowed to play with ball in or around the pool area and could not play on the grass. Nothing could sit outside the front door. And you couldnât have drinks even with lids on them around the pool area. But it was a nice area and view close to the beach.
We were very impressed with the location. We loved being able to step out our condo and have a beach and pools right there. We enjoyed this trip and will happen again.

Needs updating
Great location but definitely needs updated. Both bathtubs drain very slow. The sliding doors are very hard to open. Master bedroom door is very hard to close. You have to actually lift up on the door knob to get it to close. We enjoyed our stay but I do feel this property is way over priced.
Was a great time with only one drawback...the coffee table collapsed when putting babies shoes on and I hurt my back. Seems it had happened before and was mended instead of replaced. Other than the TVs not working in most bedrooms no complaints. View was great and grandbabies mastered the pool on first day. Waterbabies and look forward to next visit.
