Relax in this casual "beach cottage" condo directly on the Gulf with fantastic views of Perdido Pass and the beach from the 7th floor. Savor a meal or good book on the beachfront balcony. “Aged wood” tile floors and wood wall, reclaimed from a barn in Missouri, will remind you of a comfy cottage at the beach.
The kitchen was recently updated with quartz counters, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, private bath (with custom shower and river pebble floor), private balcony (overlooking Cotton Bayou), and a king-size bed with headboard crafted from shutters on a century-old Victorian home. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with headboards made with ceiling tins from a 19th century church in St. Louis, plantation shutters, and a cozy nook for reading or talking with friends. The third bedroom has an elegant feeling with wainscoting, plantation shutters, and a custom king-size headboard. All three bedrooms have large flat screen televisions, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. The guest bath has granite counters and a tile shower/tub.
The generous family room and dining room, with fantastic panoramic views of the Gulf from the wrap-around balcony, are anchored by the updated kitchen area so everyone can be part of the conversation and fun. The sectional couch folds out to a queen size bed allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 people.
Beyond the obvious beach activities (just a short walk past the indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, splash pad, fitness center, basketball, tennis, racquetball, and BBQ grills) there's a lot to do nearby: fishing from the jetty or beach, countless restaurants, several marinas, shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, and all the tourist activities of Gulf Shores.
We've called this our home-away-from-home for over 10 years and we hope you will too! On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Great property

The unit is in a great location being a corner unit and extending the outdoor living space. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The unit was also fully stocked with everything needed in the kitchen.

Enjoyable

The condo was nice. The kitchen was stocked very well with items that we needed. The beds were nice and firm and I had plenty of pillows. The view was wonderful from the balcony. The bathrooms were small and we had no hot water in the kitchen and the ice maker was not working correctly. That is little stuff but overall I would return to the condo.

Room was exactly as pictured! Great views and felt clean. Only feedback for the room would be make sure you bring your own pillows. Only heads up for guests, be prepared for an elavator or 2 to be down. Not condos fault but this is the second year we've stayed at pheonix east and both years there was issues. Other than that check in and out super easy. Dolphin and boat watching from balcony daily!

Not the best but was certainly not the worst. Beach had too much ground up shell. Maintenance staff fixed a problem but left their mess. For all intents and purposes, the cond was good but not great.

Great place with super cute decor! Perfect location and super convenient to get to the beach, especially with 3 kids. Kids loved the pools (indoor and outdoor) and splash pad. Nice employees and friendly guests!

Great condo, great views of the Gulf.

My family had a short 4 night stay for fall break. Great location with grocery and many great restaurants close by. Phoenix East is a good property with good pool area and our 16 month old loved the splash park. Older kids loved playing in the waves and played lots of racquetball when not outside. Check in, check out was quick and smooth. We had unit 711, which is a corner unit with wrap around porch. Master suite has its own balcony with views northward. We will return for sure!

Wonderful condo

We really liked this condo. The decor is so nice! The layout was great, spacious, and I loved the master being away from the living area. Good for sleeping in! The view of Perdido pass was one we had not seen before and I don't think I'll ever go back to the other end of Orange Beach. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything. Even a crockpot and George Forman grill, k cup machine and coffee pot. The pools were nice and the walk to the beach was super quick. If I could BUY this condo I would. Loved it!

Dolphins and Sunsets!

WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THIS CONDO! The condo is updated beautifully. Had everything we needed for our week trip. Corner unit with an amazing beach view. Large rooms with comfortable beds, two updated full baths and a beautiful kitchen. The sunrise and sunset every morning were amazing! We saw dolphins from the balcony every day. Walk right out from the condo building to the pool and beach. The heated indoor pool and spas were a plus. The condo building staff was very kind. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful beach condo it belongs in a Coastal Living magazine. Can’t wait to come back!

Wine on the balcony and toes in the sand!!

Love, love, love this place! Just spent a week there and want to go back already. The condo is wonderful. The view is amazing. I sat on the balcony with a glass of wine and listened the waves crash. Condo is very calming and cute. Can't wait to visit again. Condo is just as described. Bedding was new and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and fresh. The description doesn't mention that being on the end makes it really quiet and better views.

Loved this condo! Cool beachy vibe with everything updated! What a great value! Three big bedrooms, beautiful new bath's right on the beach! Perfect location and the sunsets are breath-taking! You won't be disappointed!!!
