The Facility was very nice and in good condition. However, having to go buy garbage bags just so we could take out the garbage is annoying. A decent broom to sweep the floor would certainly go a long way to making it feel more comfortable. The ad on VRBO stated there were beach chairs available. Because of that we did not bring any along. The beach chairs in the closet were broken and unusable. Also low profile and not realistic for seniors. We had to go to Walmart and buy chairs to use. We would likely rent in this same complex just from a different owner.

The view was not what I was expecting, as the balcony was at an angle, but it was still good to sit out and see the water. The beach was nice. We did not use the pool, but would have if we had more time. We were there for a birthday get away and enjoy the Shrimp festival.The condo decor was lovely and gave that coastal, beachy vibe. Everyting we needed was avaliable.

Nice place to stay for trip

My family and I stayed for 5 nights. This is our second time staying at Palm Beach. Easy check in and out. The manager of the condo called to check in while we were there. Everything we needed was in the room. Easy walk to the beach and never had issues with the elevators. Good place to stay for families.

We love the property. We were impressed with the drawers and storage we had inside the condo. It was a nice surprise to find an umbrella in the closet. The only downside has nothing to do with the property itself, but the rules/laws about tents. Tents have to be back so far from the water that you cannot feel a breeze. We had the smallest cool cabana back behind everyone and wasn’t blocking anyone. They came through in a truck and made us move it way back. If we had our grandbabies with us the whole time, we would have been miserable. The umbrella worked fine for a couple. We are just not use to this rule. Like I said, it has nothing to do with the condo, but something I would hope Orange Beach would change. Other than that issue, we had a great time!! We met a lot of very friendly people. We had a lot of fun!

Absolutely Amazing

I had the most wonderful time at this cute little third floor condo with a beautiful view of the beach, palm trees, and the pool. The decor is well appointed, and the condo has everything you need, even an extra blanket for which I am immensely grateful because I did not bring mine. The mattress is very firm, something I love, but if you like soft mattresses, you may not like the bed. I, however, slept the best I’ve done in a long time. Mark, the manager of the property, was very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. I will absolutely stay here again if possible and highly recommend it. Palm Beach is situated nicely on Perdido Beach Blvd. close to everything. I had no trouble parking and only a minor inconvenience of the elevator being out of order on the one side of the complex. The other elevator was fine and the halls connected easily. I did not use any appliance except for the coffee maker which worked as expected. Thank you, Kathy, for putting together such a fine place to rest at the beach, and thank you, Mark, for taking such good care of me while I was there.

Disappointed

Not beachfront. You could see the beach at a distance if you walked out and strained your neck to see around the building. Should be described as beach distant. Coffee cups in cupboard were dirty. About half of them had lumps of dried sand in them. The bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We enjoyed our time here and it was a great home base. It was very clean and the artwork (created by the owner) was amazing! The pool was warm even though it was cool out during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach. Had a slight problem with our parking permit, but the owner helped ensure it was quickly resolved. Do know that there is nothing here to get you started if you make your own meals—not even salt and pepper or cooking spray. Be prepared to bring or buy all of your own spices, etc. Overall, a great stay in a clean and charming unit by the beach.
