Everything was great, but should be some signage or an email to point you in the direction to the lobby (2nd floor of tower 1) to get parking pass and property bands. Had to ask janitor for directions. Not a huge inconvenience.

Beautiful Property

Beds were super comfortable and the condo provided all the amenities needed for a family stay! Loved the ice maker in the bar area. ONLY complaint regarding the room is the water pressure in master shower is very low. I am a fan of the contactless check in, but would suggest instructions include which tower your room is located in. I had to call when we arrived, and noticed another couple arriving at the same time also did not have that info. We were departing at 8:30 and I had not yet sent the departure text when a housekeeper opened our door. I explained we had not yet checked out and she was very rude (checkout time isn’t until 10!) However, EVERYONE else we encountered on the property was very kind and we will definitely stay here again!

Great condo. Very spacious and clean. Great location and amenities. Absolutely wonderful. Only complaint is the showers did not have very much flow. But not a big deal.

Great condo!

Beautifully decorated and great location condo! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of below ; the master bathroom shower had black mold on the bottom by the door side . We arrived at the property late at 11pm and the lobby / counter was already closed . So we called the 800 number from management team - we wanted to know if the building had carts and just checkin info . The person on call was located in Phoenix 5 and was very rude and annoyed that I even called . She said she had no clue as it was a new property and I had to figure it out on my own ….. so that didn’t sit well .
