This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo overlooks Orange Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the 10th floor and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably.

·    Large flat-screen television in the living room for game day and movie night.

·    Beautiful private balcony views of the beach with balcony views

·    Balcony features ample seating areas including both lounge and table arrangements.

·    Kitchen feature whilte cabinets and appliances, dining for six at the table and two at the bar.

·    Master bedroom features king-sized bed, spacious interior, private balcony with beautiful views, and private bath with walk-in shower.

·    Second bedroom includes queen bed and thrid offers two full size beds so you can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably in your condo.

·    Washer and dryer for your convenience.



On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great location and convenient

Loved the location , size and convenience of the place! The staff was very helpful and it was a breeze of a process ! I would say the bathrooms could’ve been more updated and cleaner and balcony furniture could use an update . However , I would definitely stay here again !

Disappointing

This was the most disappointing Phoenix I have ever rented. It is in need of a thorough cleaning. There is dirt in the corners of the bathrooms. The molding under the kitchen cabinet is torn away from the wall and sticks out past the cabinets. These are just two examples. It it time to do a bit of maintenance. Having said that, the location is ideal.

Wonderful summer beach vacay

We had an amazing time. The unit was clean and had all the space our family of 9 needed. The Phoenix 7 is very nice. The pools were great, employees were helpful and the beach was the beach in all its fabulousness. We really enjoyed ourselves. The old board games in the unit were lagniappe, our kids loved them.
