The staff were nice enough, but the room and awful. It was so dirty, had a weird smelll, the peep hile was literally MISSING so people could see right in. The staff didnt offer to move us or anything. We were missing a comforter and they didnt have a spare. I felt incredibly unsafe and we couldnt wait to get out of there!

The check in person was not friendly, the room smelled of smoke, weed and must. We were only there for couple hours of sleep while driving on a long trip. Couldn’t wait to leave.

False advertisement. I looked at the pictures on the website and some of the reviews. Prior to booking this hotel. After a 14 hour drive i arrive at the to a not so welcoming front desk attendant and a hotel that was actually a motel. I did not feel safe so I never checked in. I was charged for the full reservation when i thought i read if i didn't check in i would only get charged for one night. I was also charged and extra $100 Merchants fee.. I would like a full refund. This is crazy And I didn't even stay there
