PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Blue Ocean View Two-bedroom townhome is situated just a few steps from the white-sandy shore and tranquil turquoise waters of the world-renowned Eagle Beach of Aruba. Plan your sunny getaway to this tastefully furnished beach house, completed with Tommy Bahama furniture to enhance your vacation experience. This spacious and modern 3-level luxury vacation rental offers you a back patio with a private plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), an outdoor shower, outdoor seating, and chaise lounges to enjoy the Aruban weather. Additionally, you have a large private rooftop terrace with a partial ocean view, its own BBQ grill with an outdoor dining table plus chaise lounges.

The living area is located on the first level with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a 6-seat wooden dining table, a 3-2 sofa set plus a large TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard with a plunge pool. There is also a washer and dryer available for your (private) use.

Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. The primary bedroom offers you some ocean view, a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, large TV, and an en-suite primary bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two double-size beds, a large TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This beach house provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free WiFi in the unit, and at the resort pool, and 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort. It is located within LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, an amazing vacation rental resort at Eagle beach. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

We had an amazing time! Our favorite part of this place was the private pool. It is nice to come back to after a long day at the beach. Very clean and nice. Would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was very clean and well air conditioned! (This can be hard to find in the ABC islands) Beds and bathrooms were great. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the late afternoons. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, but you probably want a car. Eagle beach is a short walk away. Drive to downtown is easy. We would stay at this property again. Only ask would be to please fix the sliding door to the pool in back of the home.

Townhouse 18

Fantastic location and resort pool area. Grounds were kept perfect. Townhouse was super clean with very comfortable beds (all beds). Loved watching the local beach tennis from the rooftop deck. We didn’t use the plunge pool, because we loved the resort pool and grounds so much. But it was nice to have the option. Townhouse pool furniture was a bit worn, and there were a couple of minor items needing attention (Livingroom blind, loose toilet seat in main bath, squeaky stair rail). But those were very minor and i am sure will be addressed in the future. For us the location, cleanliness and privacy of the townhouse were most important and were amazing. 4th time to Aruba and first time ar LeVent. We will be back again and will definitely stay at LeVent.

Just Decent. Nothing special.

As we were checking in, we were advised that the owners were in the middle of renovating. Felt like she was trying to temper our expectations. Patio furniture was very old. Pots and pans were not conducive for cooking. Pretty beat up. Wanted to use the safe but it didn’t work so had to “hide” our valuables. We appreciated the welcome fruit basket and liked the proximity to the beach.

My family enjoyed our week in Aruba. We appreciated that the condo had 4 beach chairs and a cooler for us to take to the beach. We loved the resort pool and the hot tub was actually hot! It was very windy, so be sure to bring towel clips and hats with strings!

Well-Appointed Townhome is Great for Families

Lots of space to spread out. Rooftop is great for grilling food, soaking up some sun during the day, watching the beach tennis courts located behind (we only really heard them once when there was a late party with a DJ), or just enjoying the pleasant night air and post-sunset views of the ocean. Plunge pool and patio are perfect for quiet relaxing. Being an end unit, you can bring your sandy shoes and chairs through the gate into the patio to rinse them off to keep the sand ratio indoors to a minimum. I concur with other commenters on the AC units (mini-split) being louder than central AC, but that's the norm. They kept us cool during an unusual heat wave. Zero issues with hot water. The resort pool is excellent and during our stay (June) always had loungers available. Other resorts close by seemed a lot busier, so we appreciated the quiet. Easy walk to Eagle Beach with the provided beach chairs and cooler to find a palapa to camp under or walk over and catch the sunset at night. We rented a car (highly recommended for exploring the island!) and parked right outside the front door in a shady spot. We did a lot of cooking and were aided by a Euro-style supermarket and a more American-style supermarket close by. Property manager has a staffed desk/office onsite to handle inquiries, swap beach towels, etc. A fantastic feature! Overall, had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Quiet family spot

We had a wonderful time at LaVent with 3 children, ages 8, 10, 15. The townhouse was just as expected. The pool was immaculate, quiet and peaceful. You could always find a seat there. My kids enjoyed have the room to swim and play games. Very easy walk to beautiful Eagle Beach, restaurants and happy hours near by. Not too much night life, but an easy $15 cab ride to the busy high rise area and Oranjestad, centrally located between both. The unit came with beach chairs and a cooler. Best of having a home away from home and hotel amenities. We will return!

Perfect family getaway

We had 3 floors! Main floor with full kitchen, dining area, family area then a porch and personal pool outside. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. Third floor was the roof top. 2 lounge chairs and tables and 6 chairs, a grill! So much fun. View of ocean was beautiful but narrow. Lots of space for kids to have their own personal space which is important being together nonstop for a week. We used the pool, hot tub and gym. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs provided but had to carry them. Lots to do in aruba! Beautiful resort and island.

Aruba getaway!

We absolutely loved Le Vent and we'll definitely be back! Le Vent is just perfect with the ability to have amenities of a hotel but feel like you are at home. It's also set away from the busy area of the high rise hotels and sits right by Eagle Beach, which is absolutely breathtaking! We'll for sure be back!

Lovely resort with incredibly helpful and gracious staff

My family and I stayed here for one week. The location near Eagle Beach is awesome and the resort is lovely with incredibly helpful and gracious staff. Used beach towels can be traded each day for clean/dry ones, which is very nice and the pool area is large, beautiful and very clean. The unit provided use with 2 swimming noodles and 3 beach chairs which was nice. There were several packs of dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, a rolll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent provided as well. Small bars of handsoap were provided in each bathroom and there was plenty of toilet paper for our family of 3. We liked the townhouse and it met our needs, but we would probably not stay there again. It was not particularly well-equipped in terms of the number and variety of dishes, utensils, blankets, etc. The bed linens seemed oversized for the beds and were somewhat worn (especially the comforter in the master bedroom). The grout in the showers needed a deep clean. The air conditioning unit in the master bedrooom was loud, unless on the lowest fan setting, and on the lowest setting it didn't cool the room that well. We werre told that that brand of unit just ran louf. The hot water in the showers was not very hot - even when the faucet was turned to all hot. It seemed to be appointed by a person who did not pay that close attention to details that might be expected to make renters feel pampered in any way - all of the basics were there, which was fine, but we like a little pampering. We did make friends with a super sweet stray gray and white stray cat, that visits the patio by the pool which was awesome!
