the location has nothing surrounded, you must need a car to get around. the parking lot is dusty and not enough parking at night. the washroom was not that clean, the shower has no water during "rush hours". I also saw some small bugs crawling inside the kitchen cabinate. However, consider the price was reasonable and service was ok.

Nice unit, easy check-in and instructions, would suggest having a car as taxis are a bit pricey. Found the property manager or whomever I communicated with post booking to be unfriendly.

Slightly Disappointed

Let me start by saying the property is exactly as pictured, and clean. It’s located in a convenient location. I loved the fact that we had a small stove stop for cooking and mid size refrigerator for groceries. Unfortunately, the electricity went out mid stay. I got up at 5:30am and began cooking around 6am by 6:15 the electricity went out and I was unable to continue cooking. As we all know this left us with no AC, or WiFi and while the problem was corrected in less than 5 hours all the food I had purchased and the food I was cooking had spoiled. I spoke with the property management company and although they own several properties apparently NONE have generators, which sucks. We were not given any options for service recovery, no a partial refund, stipend for future visits, NOTHING! Just a simple “there’s nothing we can do” Unfortunately, this caused me to lose a great amount of money on food. Therefore, having a kitchenette was pointless. I wanted to love this place!

Nice cheap place to stay if you don’t need much

It was a nice place to stay. Usually I prefer to have a full kitchen but this was fine for just a couple of nights. The property was very clean and close to two major grocery stores. I would definitely recommend renting a car if you’re staying here.

The room was great!! Very clean and it had everything that I'd need for my trip and more. You even get two beach chairs and a cooler to use during your stay. Downstairs there's a laundr-o-mat and great rates for laundry. I'd recommend it to everyone I know.
