The property was beautiful, well maintained. The food was good, but nothing spectacular, bland. Everything closed early even on the weekend. Our refrigerator leaked, my friend slipped and fell, they were there quickly and it was fixed, she was fine a little bruised. The shuttles were nice, the people were so friendly, Luisiana, Kenny, Franklin, along with all the staff. The departure experience was horrendous we were in line for 3 plus hours, outside in the heat, and we got there 3 hours and 50 minutes early.

Great pool and beach less than 5 minutes away. Disappointed that on arrival we were told we only had signature package with dining options limited to that hotel and not the mega package which would give us access to restaurants in the sister hotels. I suspect this was an Expedia booking issue, not the hotel.

I reallydidn’t like that when we left our room, we had to walk through parking lots and along roads (with very narrow sidewalks). I was also disappointed that Expedia told us we had access to 13 restaurants/bars (which my wife has a picture of the description of inclusions from when she first booked) and then we were only allowed 7 restaurants. Expedia dishonestly changed the webpage that detailed our inclusions after the fact. Fortunately my wife had the screenshot she took of the original inclusions. Don’t know what or if they will do anything to compensate us.
