The customer service was terrible the place stated i didn’t have a reservation when I did. I ended up having to sleep in my car the first night in Aruba. I do not recommend them to any one. Would give negative stars

Hell in Aruba

Bed bugs and fleas were everywhere. It took two weeks for my legs to heal. No covers and old dirty sheets were on the beds, no toiletries.👎

Horrible stay I need my money back please

The property manager was not available. Also my room was given to someone else. She also charge a five dollars a day Tax for me being a tourist The property also had no air-conditioning we were also told not to flush the toilet because of sewage problems And the first night I did not even stay in the properly because my apartment was given to someone else

No one was there for us to check in. No one would answer any of the 3 phone numbers listed. There were also another couple trying to check in with us too. No one stayed at this hotel. Terrible!!!!

The hotel was closed and wasn't communicable. We had to look for another place to stay. Expedia at the other end defends these scammers and refuse to refund our payment when it is very clear that they broke the contract since we got no service. NEVER AGAIN.

Mala. Nos demoraron en atendernos casi una hora. La señora nos cobró aparte del pago 10 dólares más por migración a pesar de haber pagado el total y también haber pagado los impuestos migratorios en el aeropuerto. Para el check out lo mismo, esperamos una hora para que se acerque la encargada. Un maltrato total y la habitación extremadamente pequeña.

Toen ik en mijn partner arriveerden was er een klein probleem met de reservering. Onze reservering was nergens te vinden. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben. Als compensatie kregen aan het eind van onze verblijf een lekkere ontbijt, gemaakt door de beheerster zelf. De accommodatie was verder netjes, schoon, gezellig en we konden in de avond heerlijk buiten zitten en genieten van het lekker weer. Het zwembad was was lekker schoon en wij hebben lekker elke dag gezwommen. Deze accommodatie zal ik zeker aanraden.

No pudimos entrar por más de dos horas estuvimos afuera nadie nos contestó el teléfono y después de que logramos entrar nos querían cobrar mucho dinero más que de deposito 100 dólares y los vecinos nos dieron muy malas referencias que ahí se hospedan los ilegales que llegan a Aruba
