The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is located in the gate community of Oceania Residences where you can enjoy plenty of resort like amenities including outdoor pools, fitness center, kids club, free parking, tennis and squash courts. After a day at the beach, relax and unwind on your private 750 square foot terrace with gas grill and plenty of seating. The unit also includes central air and Wi-Fi.

Rob and Nadine were always helpful with any questions I had and quick to respond. The accommodations at Oceania are fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach gear to use and we love all of the pools at the property to use. Eagle beach is just steps away which is very convenient.

The location of this condo is great. Eagle beach is central to both the Palm Beach/high rise area and to downtown Oranjestad. We loved sitting on the patio each morning and used the grill once. Having the wagon, cooler, & chairs was great to take to the beach. We had everything we needed stocked in the kitchen. Communication was above excellent. Our departing fight was cancelled and Rob responded (super early on a Sunday morning) when I text asking if the condo was available for 1 more night. The pool area is very clean (we spent a lot of time ther) and the overall grounds beautiful. There were 2 disappointments, but nothing that took away from our awesome vacation. 1. we were notified a few days before arrival that the jacuzzi wasn't working (beyond thier control, but hopefully gets replaced and 2. the master shower/bathroom could use to be re-grout. Otherwise the entire condo was clean and well appointed. There are good restaraunts within walking distance, but really great ones a short car ride. So happy we had rented a car for the 11 days we were there - and parking is convenient and free at the condo! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Family of 5 Vacay

We had a wonderful time in Aruba. The property was clean & very spacious. The amenities are as listed. During our stay the microwave was not working, but we made do. However, it would have helped with the leftovers from dinner that the kids wanted to eat. There were plenty of beach chairs (some are showing a little wear) for our family of 5. The patio location was wonderful to have because it was easier to lug all of the stuff to and from the beach. The walk to the beach is about 3-5 minutes made easier with the provided beach wagon (also showing some wear). The security is very present and we did not meet anyone that wasn’t friendly. There are a few areas where a little attention from the owners in person would benefit the unit (mildew in the shower, foul smell from the shower drains, the 2nd bedroom A/C unit condensation dripping on the floor, bedroom furniture in need of TLC). It would have also helped to have a functional digital entry. The keypad wasn't working & a physical key was provided. This introduces the risk of keys getting lost & we did not feel comfortable keeping the key in a lock box all day with our valuables inside. Rob told us he planned on coming down & installing a new one. Overall our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Rob and Nadine are excellent hosts and happily answered all of our questions from start to finish. We would recommend this property for your stay especially if you are traveling with family as long as some minor issues are resolved.

Dishwasher issues and other issues

Overall the place is good. Our biggest complaint is the dishwasher did not work the entire stay. The host said he would address the situation no one ever came to the unit during our stay. (We stayed 5 nights) Rob said he was going to most likely replace the dishwasher since he had us FaceTime him. It was extremely inconvenient to wash our dishes on our vacation. He said he would get back to us but he never compensated us. Also the beach chairs are very worn out w tears on them. Not a big deal but when you expect to go to the beach w a working chair it is very disappointing. Finally, the place has two dehumidifiers and they are constantly running. The other reviews that state the hosts are super responsive were not our experience. Thank you

What a beautiful property and Condo! My husband and I have stayed around the world in different properties and this bar far was top of our list. Beach in front of condo was GORGEOUS! Crystal clear water and powdery soft sand. The owners of this condo thought of everything in supplies, from kitchen to beach items. Both rooms were spacious - the walk in closet in the master bed was glorious! A/C worked great and multiple air filters kept out all dampness. Air was so fresh! The private deck was perfect and we relaxed out there many times. The property was kept IMMACULATE. Loved the location...just a 3 mile drive to Palm Beach restaurants. We can't wait to return! Hosts were excellent and responsive communicators. We'll definitely be back!

We just returned from out stay at this property and it was amazing! We traveled with 2 kids aged 6 and 11. The property is beautiful, well kept and very secure. The living room space seems a bit small on the pictures but honestly we never really used it because the patio space was awesome. Multiple seating areas, large table and chairs and the jacuzzi. We spent every night on the patio. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Clean comfortable linens and more than enough towels for our family of 4. Having the washer/dryer was extremely convenient. Overall this was out 3rd trip to Aruba, first with the kids and the best by far.

Fantastic family vacation destination!

My family (my parents, my four year old daughter, my husband and me) and had a great time. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed as far as towels, pillows, kitchenware, beach chairs and sand toys. The pools were great for our daughter and Eagle Beach was right across the road. The patio area was lovely as well. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed and it was a quick drive to the grocery store. I will point out that there's a large structure being constructed right across the road and there was construction noise during the day on weekdays. It didn't bother us, but I can see how it might some people. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing beach getaway.

We loved the outdoor space and hot tub! The condo was very clean and is perfect size for 4 people! We loved Eagle beach! Nice Place

This is a great property with a really nice pool and is close to the beach. The condo is well stocked and has a nice patio. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, attractions and shopping. Nadine provided us with great tips and was super helpful about giving us restaurant recommendations and things to do. This was our first time in Aruba and the beaches and beautiful sand are among the best I’ve ever seen.

Very New Updated Spacious 2-Bedrm, 2 bath Condo Practically Beachfront

We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Oceania 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo this past July 2022. First, its very impressive when we first entered as the decor is modern and very cool! The kitchen is more than fully stocked of whatever utensil, applicance etc you would need if you want to prep a meal and everything is brand new! The owners were EXTREMELY responsive but we were a bit embarrased because the two issues we thought were issues were not (i.e., the AC worked but we couldn't hear it come on so didn't think it did and the microwave also worked fine but Rob was nice enough to give us a brief instruction). The owners were truly very prompt in their response. We can't say enough about the location as well because it a VERY short distance to a beautiful beach that has several teaky hut type umbrellas permanently installed and the owners had very nice beach chairs (6 of them) and two nice coolers to use. Lastly, the condo is a first level condo that has one of the nicest patios attached to it which has the walkout toward the beach - a hot tub, a very nice grille and patio furniture including two lounges! Terrific stay all around!
