Our room window in the bathroom was broken and insects and a small lizard got in and my husband had to capture them. Also there was a lot of construction going on around the property. The alcohol selections were limited and should have more variety. The food was really good, but should have more options on the menu especially for a Caribbean Island.

The grounds, pools, and food options were all outstanding. Our room could have used a good, deep cleaning, but it was acceptable and had an incredible view. The beaches at the Tamarijn are rocky, so stay at the Divi if you are looking for sand beaches. While it is not an adults-only resort, the pools were not overrun with children. Many of the guests are there for the free drinks, and you can see that it wears on the staff.

As a recommendation, I think they should add to the mini-fridge in the rooms, Water, jams,soda, a some beer, and they can, eh? Refill daily with a The quality of the beer offered by the all-inclusive package should improve, or offer canned or bottled beer in plastic cups.

We loved the Divi! It was a great getaway, our room was right on the beach, which made it super convenient for some R&R and an escape from the heat. Our picky daughter even found plenty of dining options and ate better than ever!

The resort was great! Dining options were pretty good. Just be careful around the main pool. Very slippery. I witnessed at least 4 people slip and fall

The only good thing about this place is its location and beach front rooms. Food was not good. Staff were not welcoming or helpful in special requests. No alcoholic drinks or water in rooms. No room service. Bed was hard as a rock. Long walks to get anywhere around the property because the shuttle never comes to pick you up when you request one. Would not recommend or return.

The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful! The restaurants are delicious…we ate at Ginger 3 times and went through the entire menu. Paparazzi was delicious and worth 2 visits for sure. Margot is amazing, and we only hit it once since it’s a static family style menu. The breakfast and munch buffet were both delicious as well and you hardly have to repeat a meal if you’re adventurous. The property is gorgeous and you can snorkel right out in front of the equipment checkout area with piles of fish. Our room was nice with a wonderful view, though it had some challenges. The shower and one of the sink drains were slow, and this was not fixed despite two check-ins with the front desk. There was construction going on the property and while it wasn’t supposed to begin before 9:00 each day, they started as early as 7:00 and were not responsive to security. The last challenge was a foul mouthed neighbor who ranted at top volume on the phone for hours a day. So fix the drains and the noise and it’s a dream. Even with those challenges, we highly recommend!

I did not like that they were NOT trying to accommodate us when we were put in the incorrect room. We arrived on a Saturday, and they were trying to make us wait until Tuesday to switch or room. After going back and forth a few times they did put us in the correct room. The staff was nice, and the food was good. My mom and a few other people fell really bad by the pool and even after watching the tapes they still didn't put any signs out as a caution. But the resort itself was beautiful

This hotel and it's amenities were quite suitable and easy access for a quick vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining experiences and options. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was easily accessible.
