The every thing was so good including the serving staff except the check in & checkout counter staff needs to be trained on their skills and professionalism for hospitality industry. It feels like that they are not happy to be there at the counter.

Room was clean staff was friendly and food was great. We had a little issue with hot water but that was resolved quickly. Oceanfront view was beautiful, but there was no direct beach access from our room because of the rocks. Really 41/2 stars because of that. This is a smaller and more intimate setting which we preferred

Overall, my stay at the Tamarijn was underwhelming. While the location is perfect and the food was decent, several issues overshadowed the experience. The most significant disappointment was the room. The photos on Expedia are misleading; in reality, the room was extremely dated, dusty, and in need of extensive renovation. I also struggled with the hot water—the knob was so unintuitive that I took cold showers for the first two days thinking the hot water was out. Furthermore, the walls are incredibly thin; I could hear my neighbors and the cleaning crew throughout the day. On a positive note, the maintenance team is excellent. When my toilet clogged the first day and a wall repair was needed, they responded immediately came out and fixed the issues. Unfortunately, the service at some of the bars was poor. Several staff members seemed annoyed by simple drink or refill requests, which is unexpected at an all-inclusive resort. Given the price point, the value just isn't there. I will not be returning to the Tamarijin for my next visit to Aruba!!!

This was our 6th year staying and beautiful and amazing staff, but this year was not good as far as entertainment had to always go to the Divi for all evening entertainment and really missed the full day Buffet including being open for dinner like it used to be.. but still enjoyed the stay there
