A stylish luxury detached villa situated on an exclusive and sought after development on the outskirts of Orba. This villa has been completed to a very high standard and is located in one of the best spots offering spectacular, panoramic valley and sea views.
The luxurious villa has a modern theme throughout and has a large air conditioning unit located within the main living area, this serves the whole house. Bedroom 1 is a large double with an en suite bathroom, Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both doubles and have access to a separate family shower room.
There is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave etc, a dining area and a separate utility room housing a washing machine, ironing board etc Descending a few steps takes you down into the living area with a TV and wi-fi and doors to a large an open naya that overlooks the pool and is perfect for al fresco dining on long summer evenings and allows you to soak in the breath taking views
Outside offers amazing views toward the coast and features a Spectacular 8m x 4m private pool with Roman steps and an outside shower, a large sun terrace, Mediterranean style gardens and private parking. There are ample sun loungers for the use of guests and outside dining equipment.
A 5-minute drive from the villa you will be able to explore the stunning Calaveras Caves. A 15 minute drive will take you to the Ondara Shopping Centre and the motorway to both Valencia and Alicante, both, 1 hour away
Orba is a typical authentic Spanish village with a supermarket (stocking a good range of UK foods), shops, bakery, bodegas, cafes, restaurants, bars and a weekly market. There is also an English shop selling a vast range of UK products.
Golf is also available at Oliva, Javea and Denia and beaches are from just 20mins away by car. The towns of Moraira is around 30 minutes and Benidorm 40mins.
Car hire or use of a car is essential.

The coastline of the Costa Blanca North between Benidorm and Oliva is indisputably the most beautiful and picturesque of the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca North boasts many blue flag beaches, hidden coves and relaxing marinas.
Vista Mar is within a 15 to 30 minute drive to nearby coastal resorts of Calpe, Denia, Oliva, Moraira, Javea and less than a 40 minute drive along the motorway to Benidorm. In Benidorm you have Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Animal Park where you can swim with the Dolphins, Terra Natura Animal Park and Aqua Natura Water Park plus there are numerous other family attractions that will keep you busy throughout your stay and only a short drive away. Valencia is a 1hr drive away with Oceanografic, Science Museum, Bioparc, Large Boating/Yacht Marina and other attractions you would expect from a large cosmopolitan city.
From the coastal area of Calpe, inland you will find Benissa, a town built off the coast to ward off pirate attacks. From here a short drive through rolling hills takes you to Lliber a small historic village and on to Jalon and the famed wine area of the Jalon Valley. Dubbed the Costa Blanca's Jewel in the Crown by the British travel press, vineyards, almond groves, orange and lemon groves literally cover the valley floor. Once famed for its sweet raisins made from muscatel grapes, the area now produces award-winning wines that can be sampled in the local bodegas. Beyond the town of Jalon and nearby village of Lliber, other pretty villages including Alcalali, Parcent, Murla and Sagra, are all dotted along the the Orba Valley.
There are plenty of activities for all the family nearby such as water sports, horse riding, tennis, go-karting, golfing and cycling.
The local La Sella Golf Course is surrounded by the Natural Park of MontgĂł, a Mediterranean forest. Situated on the slopes of a mountain, lying next to the natural park this 18-hole golf course lies in a tranquil area surrounded by Olive, Pine and Orange trees.
The area local to Vista Mar is a fantastic area for cycling and mountain biking with many of the worldâs top professional cycling teams basing themselves here for their winter training camps. It has an unrivaled array of routes for all levels of cyclists. There are flat coastal rides, undulating hilly rides through orange and lemon groves and magnificent mountain routes. Once you leave the narrow ribbon of road that links all of the coastal towns and head inland, the roads are almost empty of traffic and you can ride for hours in blissful tranquillity.
