This new mountain home is on a one acre wooded lot set back from the road and is minutes from Zion National Park's East Entrance. It has three king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a private den with pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two covered patios, and a great room with a fireplace and large windows open to nature -- perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring!
Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more. Come experience Zion like a local! We are within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. Resort pass price set and paid to Zion Ponderosa resort and subject to change.

The kitchen was amazing! Large crock pot was a dinner winner!!! House is located in a beautiful neighborhood but not too close to other homes. Perfect location to see Zion. The drive to Brice canyon was beautiful and Hwy 12 is a must see as well. But our favorite day (and we started in Capitol Reef before coming here) was doing the ROAM ATV 4 hour tour to see the Great Chamber and the beautiful peekaboo slot canyon. My husband and daughter drove the ATV and our guide was Andy. She was amazing and I never knew that you could get the stunning pictures from our I-Phones that she did!! Was worth every penny. Perfect location to see it all down in southern Utah.Favorite eateries were Thunderbirds for breakfast (note they are closed Wednesday and Thursdays) and the best meal we’ve had out in a long time was at WildThyme in Kanab. Y’all, their pistachio Chicken is absolutely fabulous. My husband had the Salmon (amazing) and our daughter had the pasta (loved it). We are from SC and visited Utah for the first time. It is truly the playground of America. Thanks for the perfect home to call our home for the week!! Y’all were wonderful!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning luxury cabin bordering Zion! This property truly exceeded all expectations. The cabin was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. The three king bedroom suites with private baths were ideal, providing ample personal space for everyone and ensuring restful nights after long days of adventuring.The location was breathtaking, nestled in a remote, peaceful area surrounded by nature. We even had the joy of seeing deer while enjoying our morning coffee – such a treat! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The condo was fully stocked with all the essentials, leaving us completely stress-free.We couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon; the cabin offered great access to both parks. If you're seeking a serene spot to unwind after thrilling hikes and activities, this is it.One small tip for future guests – our GPS pinpointed the cabin as being in Kanab rather than Orderville, so just keep that in mind when planning your route.Overall, this magical cabin was everything we dreamed of for our getaway. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful retreat in the midst of nature.

This cabin is a beautiful getaway tucked away at the edge of Zion National Park. It was an easy drive into the park or to other nearby parks. The stargazing at night was next level. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were very quick to respond and have some great recommendations. If you are looking for a retreat near Zion, this can’t be beat!

We loved that the house had king beds! The house was VERY clean and comfortable. The home had beautiful large windows which made the home feel more spacious. This home was well stocked utensils and pots and pans. We cooked dinner every night. The drive into Zion National Park from the east entrance was not far and the drive was breathtaking. Each day we drove it felt different.

We had the best stay at this home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and is the perfect place to stay if visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The home had all the kitchen items we needed and was a nice retreat after a day of hiking. Great Find Near Zion – Peaceful, Comfortable, and Family-Friendly

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed to cook meals at home. We especially appreciated the peaceful, quiet setting—such a nice retreat after the crowds of Zion. Amazing Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Everything was just as described and you can clearly see that Kraig & Logan have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The home was clean and spacious with plenty of room to enjoy a meal, play games, or just relax. The kitchen has everything you need which we appreciated as we prepared all our own meals. Kraig & Logan provided helpful information in advance and were responsive to any questions. We visited Zion several times and took a day trip to Bryce Canyon. We would definitely recommend this home and stay here again, thank you!

Great home near Bryce Canyon and Zion

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zion/Bryce retreat. It was well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, you name it. We had some questions and the host responded immediately. A new place with lots of room. If you're staying in the area, this is the place for you.

Zion Trip

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting Zion. The home was lovely - clean, bright, and plenty spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need, and was perfectly organized. The drive to the East entrance of Zion was easy, and there were a few restaurants in driving distance for dinners. The property manager was very communicative in advance, and gave plenty of recommendations for the area (groceries, restaurants, other outings). We would definitely stay here again.

High on Zion

This property was just what we hoped for. We and 4 adult children enjoyed two nights in this new and spotless home located a short drive from the east entrance to the park. Logan and Kraig were gracious hosts and were extremely responsive to our needs. We had a problem with the grill and a quick phone call to Kraig fixed the problem. This was our first trip to Zion and everything was great - weather, company and accommodations.
