Beachfront Villa Domestic with Pool is the former captain's house. It went through complete restoration several years ago and it became one of the best holiday homes to stay in on Peljesac. The villa overlooks the Adriatic sea and the archipelago of Peljesac and Korcula with many islands and islets.
It can accommodate up 8persons at once, whether groups of friends or families with children. The whole villa is private and fenced with stone walls and a hedge.
The residential area occupies 270 m2 and extends over 3 floors. It has original antique furniture and it offers the perfect mix of original and modern features.
The ground level features a kitchen with everything one would need for cooking and a formal dining room for 10. Also, one of the bathrooms is on this level. The second level feature 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The last level is a big open space attic with a double bed. This is a special zone that is the most favorite for the children to play in when it is too hot to spend time outdoors.
Outside the villa, you will find a backyard with grill facilities and an alfresco dining table. On the south side, there is a pretty garden with a smaller pool, sun patio, and sun loungers.
