Anwesen mit Charme und ganz viel WohlfĂŒhlpotential

Wir wurden bei Anreise sehr freundlich von Anita begrĂŒĂŸt. Der KĂŒhlschrank war mit GetrĂ€nken gefĂŒllt. Wasser brauchten wir die ganze Woche nicht kaufen. Am großen Obstkorb haben wir uns die ganze Woche erfreut (alles im Preis inbegriffen). Das Anwesen ist gut ĂŒber die unterhalb gelegene Straße erreichbar und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒchenzeile und Esstisch. Im ersten Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein gerĂ€umiges Bad mit großer Dusche. Das komplette Dachgeschoss wird von dem dritten Schlafzimmer, mit Doppelbett und Couch und dem weiteren, ebenfalls gerĂ€umigen Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, eingenommen. Das Haus ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, inklusive der BĂ€der. Wir haben gebacken, gekocht und ganze Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Die KĂŒche ist exzellent ausgestattet. Die Terrassen sind ĂŒberdacht, total gemĂŒtlich und perfekt, um den ganzen Tag draußen zu sitzen und den unbezahlbaren Blick auf‘s Wasser, die Nachbarinsel Korčula und die Stadt mit ihrem Hafen zu werfen. Fliegenschutzgitter, Außendusche, Außentoilette mit Exklusivblick auf‘s Meer ;o), extra PoolhandtĂŒcher und viele kleine, gut durchdachte Details runden das Ganze noch ab. Jeden Tag, ganz in der FrĂŒh, wird der Pool gereinigt und die Pflanzen gegossen - ganz leise und diskret. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und die Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Dieses Haus ist in seiner Preisklasse definitiv eines der Besten. Dank Anita und ihrer fleißigen Freunde wurde es fĂŒr uns ein wirklich perfekter Urlaub. Wir danken nochmals ganz herzlich und wĂŒnschen alles erdenklich Gute.

Es gibt das perfekte Ferienhaus!

Das hat ist einfach nur wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Von jedem Fenster kann man das Meer sehen. Alles, was in man einem Haus fĂŒr den Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden - man kann also wirklich alles zuhause lassen (Fön, Abschwaschutensilien, HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr verschiedene Zwecke, Saftmaschine, Kuchenbackformen, Toaster, etc etc). Anita ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, die uns mit frischem Obst und vielen ErfrischungsgetrĂ€nken ĂŒberrascht hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fantastic week

We were greeted with a fridge full of food and drink and a tasty bowl of fruit. Beautiful villa, it had everything we needed. Owners were really helpful. Great location, lots of restaurants, walking distance to town, fantastic views. Definitely go back!

Great house on Peljesac

We had an excellent week exploring the Peljesac. The house was great with lots of cooking supplies. 20 minute walk into Viganj where there are some decent restaurants. We explored the entire peninsula with a few days of longer driving but some great small towns, oyster boat tour, many winery visits. The peninsula is one of the best areas in Croatia to get away from the crowds and can be done rustic to much higher end. Everyone was very nice and going to Korcula for the day is very easy. The homeowner was very responsive before and during our trip and what a view from the property. We were with 2 kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the area. Great windsurfing is the area.

Absolutely incredible. Amazing home, location and hospitality. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of either this home or of Anita's hospitality. We were greeted by Anita's son who showed us through the property, and were met with a well stocked fridge, fresh fruit, wine, drinking water and a pantry with basic cooking essentials. There was plenty of glassware, crockery, utensils and pots and pans to make the experience feel like home, and the bathrooms were stocked with 5-star service - toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. The towels were plush (with seperate towels provided for the pool area), and even the toilet paper was top quality. The house itself is beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished, with very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. We stayed as 5 adults for 4 nights and were very comfortably accommodated both in the internal and external living areas. The photos are not only spot on, but don't do this home justice. Sitting by the pool and watching the sunset over the mountains was just magic. It would be possible to arrive by taxi from one of the ports, however a car is a bonus for this location for quick trips to the supermarket and to visit other small local towns - although there are very pretty spots along the coast that can by accessed by foot also. Absolutely magnificent property - was the highlight of our 6 week vacation. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Anita for creating such a magnificent oasis.

Great villa

Fantastic views, really well appointed and very well equipped. Anita and her son were always on hand to replenish the water and coffee. The only downside were the wasps which can’t be helped. With the wasp catcher in place that was provided though they didn’t really bother us. A gem of a place!
