Step off the deck and into the sand at this beautiful full size oceanfront beach home in the quiet off-highway Nedonna area, just north of Rockaway Beach and only 90 miles from Portland! Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the ocean from our large picture windows facing the beach and mountains as you relax in our well appointed great room.
Play in the sand right off the deck or on the beach, and enjoy long quiet walks on Nedonna's wide sand beach. The Nehalem Jetty is just steps away and a great place to see seals and a variety of sea birds. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away.
Our 2480 square foot, two bathroom home can comfortably sleep 8 people: 2 in the large upstairs primary suite in a King bed, 2 in the downstairs Queen bedroom, 4 in the Queen/bunk bedroom in the third downstairs bedroom, and we do have a fold-open sofa and futon bed in the great room on the main level as well. The master includes a 42" Flat Panel HD TV & DVD player with YouTube TV, and streaming access in a lovely sitting area, and has its own large private bathroom complete with a shower and clawfoot tub. The downstairs bedrooms have a full bathroom with shower stall for bathing. There is an additional shower stall in the laundry room area as well.
One of the nicest features of our home is the large vaulted great room that encompasses the living, dining and kitchen areas. The panoramic view of the ocean, jetty and Neahkahnie Mountain is spectacular! Our large outside deck includes a lovely table and four comfortable chairs, with plenty of room for additional seating if needed.
The living area includes a natural stone fireplace, 42' flat panel HD TV with YouTube TV, and streaming access, Blu-Ray DVD Player and comfortable seating for all. The dining area includes a Bluetooth Sound Box, dining table for up to 10, island counter seating for 4, and dimmable lighting.
The large, well stocked kitchen includes an oversize center island with electric range, separate oven & microwave, quiet dishwasher, and ample countertops with a double-bowl sink. We also have a Propane Grill available in our garage for use in our driveway.
Free Wifi is included and high-speed internet is available throughout the house.
Our long driveway can accommodate car and boat trailer combo's if needed, and there's a large grassy front yard for even more fun.
The Nedonna neighborhood is perfect for a quiet morning stroll or bike ride--no hills or heavy traffic.
Summer or winter, the Oregon Coast is a great family getaway, and there's no better place to enjoy it than our oceanfront home! Pets ( dogs only ) are accepted for $20 per day per pet ( max 2 dogs ). PLEASE NOTE: Pets are only allowed in hardwood and tile floor areas ( out of carpeted bedrooms ) at all times.
Minimum age for rental booking is 25. We are a Non-Smoking property. We have 4 exterior video cameras facing away from the house, one on the garage looking toward the driveway, one facing away from the front door, one on the exterior north side of the house, and one above the deck looking toward the beach.
Please note that we do require your signature on our Rental Agreement that will be sent to you upon booking, as well as an image of your Drivers License ( DL# can be obscured if needed ) . PLEASE NOTE: Our MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ON THE PROPERTY IS 8 PEOPLE ( plus 2 daytime only guests ) AT ANY GIVEN TIME. This is a Tillamook County permit rule ( Our Permit #851-12-2350 )....if you violate this rule at any time during your stay, you authorize us to charge an additional $750 fee on your Credit Card on file, and cancel your booking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of dirty towels and/or sheets if you have time
Return any furniture that has been moved
Close and lock all doors and windows. Set thermostat to 55 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A copy of the primary guests Driver's License image ( DL# may be obscured ) must be sent to us within 72 hours of booking.
Thursday is Garbage Day. All vehicles MUST be parked on the LEFT SIDE of our driveway to allow access to the can. If access is blocked = $60 fee.
