Lovely house for rent in La Zenia, Orihuela Costa close to all amenities!You enter the property through a nice front garden with an outdoor dining area and a covered parking space for your car. Inside the house, downstairs you will find a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. You can access the third bedroom via an external staircase at the back of the house, upstairs there is a nice double bedroom which leads onto a large terrace with beautiful views all the way to the sea in the distance.In the complex you also have access to a communal swimming pool.The property is in a great location in La Zenia, in a quiet area, but at the same time within walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and the famous Zenia Boulevard Shopping centre. The beach is about 25 minutes walking or 4 minutes by car. There are plenty of golf courses within 5 minutes drive from the property including Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf and Campoamor Golf.
