Wonderful 2 Bedroom Apartment in La Zenia, walking distance to amenities & beach

Our two bedroom ground floor corner apartment is situated inside a secure gated complex and is close to one of the two communal swimming pools that our guests have access too. The property has an outside terrace/porch with table and chairs for outside dining and a paved front garden for enjoying the Sun. Inside the apartment we have a spacious lounge/dining area with air conditioning, comfortable sofa's and a table and chairs for inside dining. Our kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The Kitchen also has a door leading to further outside space. The bright master bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe space and a bedside table but no air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, bidet and toilet. The apartment also has Hair dryer, travel cot, superfast wireless internet (WIFI) and English & Spanish TV.

Une location agréable, confortable et bien située pour un séjour réussi.

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Un bel appartement spacieux, confortable, bien equipé, avec une belle terrasse et à proximité de toutes commodités. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour en famille et nos enfants ont pu faire du Karting et d'autres activités à 10 minutes en voiture. Une suggestion?: un bouquet TV espagnol en plus du bouquet anglais, seul disponible en fait... pour un sejour en Espagne, ce serait cool. Merci Ian pour l'appartement. Great accommodation - just as described. Aircon in the lounge is excellent - the other air on in the main bedroom is a little noisy but does the job! 3 minutes walk to la zenia boulevard and plenty of bars and restaurants within staggering distance !

Schöne Unterkunft, leider mit Urlaubsabbruch

Wir hatten fĂŒr 10 Tage gebucht. Soweit waren wir relativ zufrieden. Die Umgebung ist schön. Der Gemeinschaftspool super. Leider fand ich 2 tote Kakerlaken im Essbereich. Der Staubsauger war leider unbrauchbar und musste erstmal von meinem Mann gesĂ€ubert und repariert werden. Liegen und Strandspielzeug sind vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super. Wir waren zuerst allein im Haus . Nach 5 Tagen zogen ĂŒber uns noch zwei Parteien ein. Das war leider Zuviel fĂŒr die Rohre im Haus und alles an Vekalien lief bei uns aus Toilette und Dusche. Das war wirklich ekelhaft . Somit mussten wir den Urlaub abbrechen und uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Das war sehr schwer in der ausgebuchten Saison. Wir bekamen noch ein paar Tage erstattet und blieben somit nicht auf den kompletten Zusatzkosten sitzen. Sehr schade . Ich hoffe die Rohre werden kontrolliert und erneuert damit soetwas nicht nochmal passiert.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is lovely & spacious. The owner has gone to great detail to ensure it has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Plenty of pool chairs, gold clubs, kids toys, towels, etc. The location is perfect for the main visit points & the apartment has been kept to a high standard. We would definitely stay again. Really smooth process - communication before hand and checking in and out. Property has everything you need. Really comfy, nice and quiet. Shops on the doorstep and walkable to the beach.

Beautiful apartment, spotless and neat all amenities

Beautiful apartment, exactly as pictured and spotless. Ian was a great host and excellent communicator. He arranged our transport from Alicante and provided us with so much info about the apartment before we arrived. There was air con, beach towels, bath towels, chairs for the garden, excellent wifi and tv. Instructions are available in the house which helped. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed to cook home cooked meals. The garden was a nice space for the kids to play. We had the choice of 2 pools. One was more for adults and the other had mainly kids so it was a good mix of both worlds. Mercadona and lidl are 5 min walk as is Zenia Boulavard. Paddy’s Point is about 8 mins. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Perfect location to explore!

We stayed at the apartment end of July/beginning of august 2021. The complex is lovely, 2 clean and tidy swimming pool areas, everybody very friendly. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore on foot as everything is in the walking distance and we did not need to hire a car (occasional taxi ride if we ventured out far). The moment you learn all the shortcuts, you are sorted! The apartment was clean and there was everything there, even beach towels and sunloungers! The only thing I would mention is that the 2 single beds were a bit hard for the kids but this is of course a personal preference as my hubby and I had no complaints about our bed. All in all, great stay and really enjoyed it!

Beautiful home

Ian you have a beautiful home, location is great, very quiet street, within five minute walk you have supermarket and Lidl, ten minutes to Alcampo where there are lots of shops, and within fifteen minutes lots of bars and places to eat. The surrounding of your home are very clean, the house itself could do with a good dust, beds comfy, need more hand towels, only had one but plenty of bath towels, would return.
