Although the host was responsive and pleasant and did replace the coffee pot within a few hours, and maintenance came to restore lighting in the game room, the overall condition of the property fell well below expectations for a rental at this price point.Most of the game room equipment did not function, including the karaoke machine. We had to purchase tools and make repairs ourselves to three door handles to prevent our children from becoming locked inside bathrooms and bedrooms. We also discovered a prescription box left behind by a previous guest, which raised safety and sanitation concerns.Cleanliness throughout the home was unacceptable. We found blood on a comforter, minimal or missing top sheets on beds, and one child’s bed covered in animal hair. The home appeared generally unclean, and there was visible mold in the bathroom showers. Several televisions and a dryer were also non-functional.The exterior was equally concerning. The front yard contained broken glass, and the grounds were littered with trash. Outdoor furniture and pool floats were broken and unusable.While the pool heater worked and we did spend much of our time there, this was not enough to offset the numerous issues related to cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. Given the cost of this rental, the experience was extremely disappointing.We would not recommend this property!!!

We stayed on property for 8 days and our overall trip (property alone) was fine. Beware that the home truly only accommodates 3 cars and we had booked the place because it was advertised to hold 5 cars. The house itself is also alittle outdated but when you're only there for meals and sleep, it serves the role. The heated pool was definitely our favorite part and the kids were in it numerous times a day. It was was also a decent size and could fit around 8 comfortably. The rooms were a good size too.Cleaners couldve done a better job and this was definitely a disappointment considering the later checkin time. The main floor wasn't vacuumed so we were walking on dirt it felt like. Additionally, many of the rooms didnt have washed bedsheet so all of us washed the bedsheets again prior to sleeping in them the first night and we know this because there were crumbs and hair in alot of the beds still from the previous stay. Some of the bathrooms were also not cleaned despite the band on the toilet and again, evidenced by crumbs and dirt on the floor. The dishwasher had also not been ran prior to our arrival as there were food still in it so we can to run it again. One of the dryers was also broken during our stay and was not resolved, which was fine because we were able to get by with the one upstairs. Communication with the host was 11/10. He was extremely responsive and timely and never made us feel bad for reaching out. We would definitely stay on one of his properties again.

The host was very communicative. We had two families staying for Universal/Disney trip. The layout of the home worked well for everyone - it was nice for us to have our own rooms/space after long days together. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are some strict "dos & donts" from the HOA, make sure you it close attention. Great landing pad for families looking to do Disney/Universal

I couldn’t have picked a better home! I stayed here with 15 people and an infant, and the house was more than spacious enough for all of us. There were so many things to do onsite that we hardly needed to leave the property. Also, the pictures are spot on in person BUT he doesn’t talk about having 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and 2 sets of washer and dryers!! Extremely convenient!! The location was perfect as well beautiful area and close to everything we needed. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping were just a short drive away, with the outlet mall only about 14 minutes from the house.If I come back to Orlando, I will definitely stay here again.The host was amazing—always in communication, quick to answer any questions, and very helpful whenever something needed attention. The instructions provided were also clear and easy to follow, which made the entire stay stress-free.

Bed bugs ran us out

We moved in, and within 12 hours one of the rooms was infested with bedbugs! I tried to get the owner to send pest control, but after several promises and days
my family had to move out and find new accommodations! Owner would not reimburse the cost
.this is a massive health issue as three members were bitten by those bedbugs.

If you are in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, this is the booking for you. Family friendly and enough room for everyone. Great communication with the owners and they were very helpful in anyway that was needed. Perfect location if you are planning to attend any parks! Can’t wait to visit this location again!

Parking

Please make sure you do NOT park blocking the sidewalk: you will be towed even late in the night. No warning, no knock on the door, nothing: the HOA has a personal (scam ish) tow company. They only seemed to tow people vacationing: other cars were blocking sidewalks but were not towed: the security office did not give us anything stating the HOA rules and there was missing information when we received the check in info: house was nice but needed some repairs. Plenty of space for large groups: but driveway does not hold 5 cars!
