This 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome at Solara Resort comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. The home features a king bedroom on the first floor with a nearby bathroom, a second-floor king master suite, a queen bedroom with a hall bathroom, and a fun Toy Story–themed bunk room with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy access to a pool and all the amenities of the Solara Resort for a relaxing and memorable stay.

- An extensive complex of amenities is in the heart of Solara Resort and includes luxuries to satisfy all members of your family, including a surf simulator (FlowRider), diving pad, meeting point for teenagers and a bar.

- This is a new property located in the PHASE 3 of the Solara Resort.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

- HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

- ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
