Pet Damage Protection is for damages and is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received when we do our Check-Out Inspection.
Any damages caused by the guests' pets to the property during the stay are the guests' responsibility.
Any repairs will be charged or deducted from the guests' Damage Protection or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.

We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, bathroom floor mats, and kitchen rugs are available for all guests.
(We do not provide washcloths.) The number of towels is according to the house occupancy; no extras.

LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning varies according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes washing towels and bed linens and is the same price as the cleaning that you are paying for your house. We also offer Mid-Stay Cleaning that does not wash towels and bed linens, and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning.
We can add the additional cleaning after the booking is processed.

The number of towels corresponds to the house capacity; there are no extra sets. Guests can use the washer and dryer inside the house. We do not provide washcloths.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver there.
In some resorts, the packages are delivered to the clubhouse (may apply). Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

GARBAGE:
1) No trash is allowed to be stored outside the unit entrance or anywhere other than THE DUMPSTER.
2) The trash bins are located in front of each building by the walkways.
3) ALL TRASH must go directly inside the dumpster and be in plastic bags.
4) NO BIG TRASH ITEMS in the dumpster, including furniture.
5) CARDBOARD BOXES are to be broken down and placed INSIDE the dumpster.
Failing to follow these rules will result in a $100 penalty according to community rules.

ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your stay at your email address on file.

You go straight to the apartment with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. The door functions with a code keypad.

Now that you are ready to book our apartment, kindly inform us after booking if you are bringing a pet.
After the reservation is done, you will receive an email request for an electronic signature for our rental agreement; please check your junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guests don't receive this email).

PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional charge.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, or cooking oil will be provided prior to check-in.
