Terrible no responses from the host

No response from the host and ended up staying in a hotel. I never got an answer from the host and reservation was made as proof. I tried many times to get an access code waiting with my family at the property for a long time and never received any info from them. I feel as though this was truly a scam, taking my money and then never giving me info to get into the house. Like I said, I have PROOF of messages I sent to the host with no response from them. Hopefully this helps anyone with picking a place to stay because I recommend NOT to stay here.
