We have 3 other condo listings in this same resort - all 5-star, Premier Partner rentals (#321447, #807451, #807453) if you need date options.

Our goal is to provide you with a real "home away from home" while on your vacation. Forget the cramped quarters of an overpriced hotel room. Enjoy our spacious 1400 sq ft. condo, where the whole family can all be together, yet each family member can relax in their own space at the end of a long and tiring day at the parks. Clean, well-maintained, and decorated for a cozy feel, our pride of ownership can be seen as soon as you walk in the door!

Our condo is located in the beautiful and top-rated Windsor Palms Resort - a gated resort community. We have been owners in this resort since 2010 and find that it just gets better every year. You will find beautiful, lush landscaping, a huge clubhouse with movie theatre and games room, a sensational olympic-sized salt-water pool and hot tub, poolside Tiki bar with a hopping bartender, and tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. This is a quiet yet lively family-oriented resort where you and your family can feel safe and secure.

Our location just can't be beat with only a 10 minute drive to Disney Magic Kingdom and only minutes to shopping and every restaurant imaginable. We had a really great time at the resort. The pool house offers fun activities so every member of the family was happy. Our apartment was okay. It wasn't really clean, but beside that, we had everything we needed for our vacation. We are happy with our experience overall

Okay but would not choose again

Property was ok but not detailed clean. The shower curtains were so nasty that we had to go buy one at Walmart to be able to stomach taking a shower. When we first arrived the musty smell in the condo was really bad. Mold issuesTheSeems to have some mold issues

Great location for our Disney and Legoland trip!

Perfect condo for our family while visiting Orlando. We were a short drive to the Disney parks and not too far from Legoland. The pool was practically empty so our kids could enjoy it after a long day at the parks! The condo had all the essentials including a stroller for our four year old to use at Disney. They even had toys and towels for the pool. Would definitely stay her again. Clean and safe location!

Excellent condo and location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Anna's property these past 3 days! Very spacious, well stocked for everything we needed, super comfortable beds and the location is outstanding! Very close to the theme parks (we went to Magic Kingdom and Epcot this trip) and tons of restaurants. We didn't have time to enjoy the community amenities like the pool, but we'll be back in September and hope to stay here again. Anna was also very responsive with communication. Highly recommend this property if you have a family and want more space than a regular hotel. Thank you Anna for a 5 star experience!

This place was convenient to the pool, Walmart, Interstate. Make sure if you are getting an Instacart delivery you specify more in your notes to make sure they come to Kissimmee and not Davenport. I enjoyed my stay. This is good if you want two king beds and a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I appreciate the convenience of everything. I also love the security of having a guard at front of neighborhood.

Amazing Property

We booked this stay with the idea in mind that we would be 4 adults and one child. But plans changed and only ended up being 2 adults and 1 child. The house is huge, very spacious. If you’re looking for a great place to relax after a busy day at the Disney parks this is the place for you. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Anna was nice enough to allow us an early check in of 12 noon, but we ended up being stock in some heavy traffic. The overall property was great. Heated salt water pool, hot tub and to top it off a little arcade area. If you are looking for 1. Fantastic hosts and 2. A great spacious place to stay, this is the booking for you! We would book again and again!!

Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect. It was very clean and so quiet we could have been alone. There were supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels), and little things like salt & pepper and sugar. Doesn’t sound like much but it really helped. We were very close to Disney World where we were heading. Like I said, perfect!! The owner, Anna, responded quickly to my request to rent and was very thorough with directions on how to check in etc. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo.

Relaxing

This was a beautiful and safe location close to restaurants and stores. The ground level was perfect as my mother had a knee replacement this summer plus walking out the screened in porch to the clubhouse was a wonderful perk!! The pool is amazing and the clubhouse amenities are outstanding. The condo was the perfect setup for us and so very comfortable and accommodating. We were a short drive from Disney & Universal and an even closer drive to our favorite restaurants. Thanks for the perfect stay!

Home away from Home

Property was perfectly located to fulfill our vacation list. We attended a wedding over the weekend in Orlando and visited Epcot for the wine and food festival at Disney. We would love to return for a stay sometime in the future.

Close to Disney Parks

We were very happy with our stay. It had everything we needed and very comfortable. The only downfall and this is no part on Anna is the lack of recycling. We are from Canada and we are encouraged to recycle and we were completely surprised that it was not something that is done. We would highly recommend Anna's place and would gladly stay here when we come back! Thanks Anna for everything!

Perfect location

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. It was the perfect location for the Disney parks, shopping, Gatorland, or just lounging around at the resort. The condo was a great size. Two bedrooms were at one end and the other King bedroom was separated by the living room and kitchen. We will be staying here again in the spring and we can't wait!

Great house!

We picked this house because it was close to the disneyworld parks and we loved it! The house was clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed for our stay! The pool and hot tub were within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there too!
