There are eight generous bedrooms in the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen, flat screen TV's, access to adjoining ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that's offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD only for your entire stay. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ÂșF - 90ÂșF. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

CLEAN UP!!

IDK who is cleaning the property or doing maintenance upkeep, but the house is falling apart and not at all clean. A few of the railing on the stairway are missing, others are loose, the dryer sounds as if it will walk out the closet, cob webs in the light fixtures, light bulbs blown, some of the electrical outlets do not work, freezer handle is lose, hole in an upstairs bedroom door, toilet seat in bathroom nearest front door was broken, tv in bedroom closest to front door did not work, the latch to the safety gate upstairs is gone (apparently ripped from the wall as evident with the plaster where the latch was), I HAD TO PURCHASE SAFETY GATES, broken wine glasses in the cabinet, kitchen sink could use a real good scrubbing, the water smells a very strong odor of sulfur so be sure not to drink and have plenty of hair/skin conditioner, the princess room does not have the netting above the bed as pictured, the safety gate at the pool is broken, bed frames are 2 inches thick with dust, ceiling fan in the downstairs king did not work. The check in process was horrible as i had advised that we would be checking in around 2am, all the drivers were not listed so ended up calling the owner to add the unlisted driver before we could proceed thru the gate. The owner response is very slack and i rarely had a response with the 24 hour window, most times was 3-4 days later AFTER i called VRBO customer service to help. The house is in an awesome location, but homes needs cleaning/repairs

Disappointed with the “luxury” villa!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the villa, the villa was not “luxury” at all. There are holes in the doors, bedding was dirty, the dust on the fans were thick especially the downstairs bedroom fans, lights out in every bathroom, downstairs bathroom lights flickering, banisters broken,outdoor furniture broken, the tables were peeling, the safety net was broken so couldn’t use initially as jaggered metal sticking out, the insect netting around the pool was broken , games rooms hasn’t been cleaned, fire alarm missing in one of the rooms, the cover on the floor for electrics was missing,cooking utensils were bare minimum, towels provided were very small, bleach stained or not suitable for the amount of people that we’re staying, fridge shelve and Handel were broken, bathroom taps coming away from wall. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived and was green and filters filthy we had to have the pool guys out a few times due to the pool keep going cloudy or green. There are no document to say about insurance or licence.The notes that were left were dirty or cello taped the wall and ripped, paint in the rooms were coming off or been painted but the wrong colour.We were in contact with the owner however he got the pools guys out and someone to remove the metal, but when told about the house being extremely run down and sent picture and a list of all the things this was not acknowledged, we arranged for him to come and meet one Saturday morning and he didn’t turn up.
